I got suckered into the free backpack deal I paid about $shipping almost a month ago and have not received anything I contacted customer service with order number to inquire into the issue and never received a response Now I feel I've been scammed Don't fall for the free backpack offer!

I placed my order for items (total $49.95) on November 5, and haven't received my items nor any replies to my emails and today is January 17, I am trying to get a refund through PayPal, but I'm not confident I'll ever see that money again

I have ordered times from this store...all freebies things It has been weeks today and no word from them I contacted them early on about the backpack and no answer I just contacted them again After reading these reviews...I feel I have been scammed as well Not sure if I will get anything!

I ordered the "free" backpack back at the end of August When I didn't see any charges or notifications, I thought perhaps that the order didn't go through I ordered again on September 7th A few weeks later I saw that BOTH charges were applied to my account and paid I emailed them on September 30th concerning my orders and haven't heard anything STILL I am not sure that this is a reputable company I feel as if I am being scammed There is no phone number to reach anyone and no one answers emails It is now November 10th and I still haven't heard any response, gotten any tracking number, or received any order Unfortunately, I was planning on doing much of my Christmas shopping here as I saw many items that would make great gifts I had been waiting to see the quality of the backpack before placing other orders This is very disappointing!!

I think this is a scam store They advertised for free backpack - just pay shipping I ordered, payment was processed and I received an immediate confirmation email for my order and that it would likely take to weeks to fill I has been weeks and I have sent or emails with no replies

I ordered in August and haven’t received anything yet, including no response to my email inquiring about my order! I think this is a scam, and I am very disappointed in this company, if it even is a real company!

On September 3, I ordered a "free" Explorer backpack Order #*** online through alpineoutdoor.com The charge for shipping was $ I have waited the 3-weeks with no response I sent an inquiry email to their customer service on October with no response I also sent a followup inquiry email just prior to beginning this complaint form on November 11,
I just want my order or a response of when I will receive the product

On September 22, I placed an order with the Alpine Outdoor online store, using my *** account to pay The payment was processed I have never recieved my order Today is November 11, I have emailed at least times and gotten no response The status of my order on their web site shows "Received" and states they will process it in - hours I reported this to *** as well I either want the merchandise I ordered or I want a refund This is totally unacceptable that they have not responded to numerous emails, and there is no phone number to call them anywhere on their web site
