Complaint[redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The woman I spoke to on the phone told me she would send me an email with her information so O could contact her with a damage report for my computer. I never heard from her, and...
my computer still has not been fixed. I brought the computer to a repair shop and was quoted $150 dollars, as the entire keyboard needs to be replaced. I am ready to provide this quote to American Airlines to resolve this issue.

I am...
rejecting this response because it has been nearly 1 1/2 years since I filed my complaint and their only response to me was policy driven through Twitter posts. I find this disingenuous and unacceptable. I lost nearly $700.00 dollars as a result of your policy with no attempts to make it right. Companies hide behind policies to protect their bottom line but in this case, a voucher would have been appropriate. Because of this sheer lack of incompetency and taking nearly 19 months to get back to me about a Revdex.com complaint, American Airlines has lost a customer. I may be a small drip so it won't matter much but shame on big business like you.

I am rejecting this response because: AA "responded" over a year after the incident. They never actually did anything to resolve the issue, I don't know who they think they're trying to fool by lying.

I am rejecting this response because: the resolution that AA provide me is not satisfactory to my complain. the airline ticket I purchased cost...
half of what I paid if purchased in advance and I paid twice as much to get to my destination for funeral on time instead of driving. The AA delayed my flight not because of unforeseen issue such is weather they delayed my flight because they did not have crew to operate. recently media reported that AA do not have enough personnel to operate their aircraft and that courses flight delays and AA should take full responsibility by provide compensation for their problems . AA offered me $100 e-voucher towards future flight which is not sufficient because I want to able to shop for airline tickets if I flight in the future and purchased the lowest tickets available to me online and be not obligated to purchase expensive ticket from AA because of the e-voucher. I hope that AA take full responsibility and either issue me some kind of refund or round trip flight to be used in the future not just $100 e-voucher.

It took a year to even get contacted about this. I told the rep I wasn't happy and that I'm not flying your airline anymore and she said "okay." Horrible customer service and really embarrassing that it...
would take over a year to respond...
Please don't mark this as satisfied because I'm NOT satisfied

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will say that American Airlines should find better ways to...
resolve any matters related to passengers in a more timely manner. Furthermore, customer service reps need to answer or respond to calls/messages left on their voice mails in a more timely manner as well.

I am rejecting this response because Mr. [redacted] acknowledged that the missed flight connections were not completely weather related but still does not feel we are owed any restitution. He realizes we would have made our connecting flights had there not been faulty equipment and a downsizing of an aircraft. These things were not what we paid for when we purchased our flights. While there were weather issues on the dates we were flying, that was not the cause of missed connecting flights.

I am rejecting this response because:I think you may be confused by the information I previously supplied. The flight may not have been oversold but the previous passengers were bumped from the previous flight so when my flight arrived the previously bumped passengers were then prioritized and placed on what was supposed o be my flight and my seat. So yes the flight appeared to be oversold. The previous flight may have been the flight that was oversold so passengers were bumped, those bumped passengers were then given my seat on my flight and I was bumped without my consent!
