rejecting this response because: The business do not provide me with a refund or compensate for the inconvenience encountered during my flight with them. This is the worse airline to travel in thus far and I would avoid traveling with them in the near future due to its bad business practices.

rejecting this response because:Nothing was resolved. They did nothing but let time pass. I am still upset and do not feel my concerns were addressed. I have not traveled American Airlines since then, nor do I plan to again until they treat customers with more consideration.
