I am rejecting this response because:The airline took away 235,000 miles based on their mistake.I followed up with themand with the Revdex.com and the DOT to file a complaint.Customer service tells me that they gave itvover to the security department to investigate. This is not an adequate response to my complaint. It’s been over 2 weeks already and I still have not heard from The security department. Also customer relations states in their letter that they understand that I have the email of security department and I can follow up with them. I followed up with security department many times but there was no response from them . [redacted] I will repeat what I wrote in my previous response to the Revdex.com.

rejecting this response because: The business do not provide me with a refund or compensate for the inconvenience encountered during my flight with them. This is the worse airline to travel in thus far and I would avoid traveling with them in the near future due to its bad business practices.
