I tried to buy a refrigerator during the 4th of july sale they ran. I got a call from them to schedule my deliver. I was told to expect a call the day before to know what time to expect the delivery. At the end of business I call them up to check (no one called me like I was told to expect). And I was told I was never scheduled. Not only would I not receive the unit the day I was told I would, but that I had no date scheduled for delivery. No one tried to call me to fix this in a week. They just let me not be scheduled and hold on to both my money and the refrigerator. When I say I would like to have it delivered the day I was told I would have it delivered, the CSR I was talking to made up a story about the woman that called and left me a message to schedule delivery. Odd. The day I ordered and had the order confirmed, I talked to a man who told me a day it would be delivered. The rep did every thing he could to get me off the phone (so he could pretend to look at the schedule). He called back and offered to schedule me for a week later. I told him to cancel the order. The company has made no effort to confirm this or return my funds.
Also, looks like the joke is on me. A+ rating with Revdex.com, but average customer review on Revdex.com is just over 1 star. Its almost like the Revdex.com is a pay for listing with no actual power!

I purchased a bed from a store here in J . and back in March the side boards broke so I went to the *** location and purchased the boards again. Well it's now July and it broke in the same location. I called both stores and received two different answers. First I was told they were out of stock and unknown when they'll receive them and when I called the other store was told they discounted the Renzo collection but the Lyssa is similar and if I want to purchase it I can, but if it doesn't fit I won't be able to return it. I've spent so much money with this company and just in the past 1 and half have brought 2 complete bedroom sets and a living room not only referred to them and you mean to tell me they didn't consider trying to help me or anything. Now I'm stuck having to buy a whole new bed. Tried calling a customer lady name Mucqan told me I need to go online and do an online inquiry (which I have done), but I can't speak with a supervisor. If you want to look up the account purchase history it's under my previous phone number

Do not buy anything from American Freight. They took over Sears Outlet. They have no contact information. The phone number and email on their website gets you no where. I order a tool on June 18th, they charged my credit already, they emailed me saying I will get the item in 3-5 days. After 3 weeks, I try to call them and email them but got no response. I am very angry. They are a scam. This business should be shut down. How can you even contact them???? Stay away from this seller.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT THE DELIVERY CHARGE, AND THEY DELIVERED AT 11:30M AT NIGHT, DID NOT PUT IT TOGETHER, JUST PUT IT IN THE HOUSE AND LEFT, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE, DID NOT GET THE FURNITURE I ORDERED, COME TO FIND OUT SHE DID NOT ORDER WHAT I TOLD HER I WANTED, PAY A LIL EXTRA AND GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SALES PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT RUDE AND LIERS

I bought a bed room set on lay away at the store on South Dale Mabry Tampa. when I was finished paying for it on May 14th I got half the furniture.... they said 30 days it is now July 7th still no head board, frame and night stand I call every week and get the run around... The people that work there are very rude and not helpful at all ask for the regional manager and they won’t give me a name or number ...,, I’m gonna call News 8 on your side to see what they can do to help me!

Purchased a washer for 800.00 told their appliances are checked thoroughly, bought home and ran washer error code, reset washer by unplugging, ran again and machine almost spun off of platform. Tried to contact store for 2 days .. busy signal, emailed... no reply, finally on third day spoke to Manager, only to be told he would not exchange, I would have to contact the warranty company. The warranty that I purchased!! If I hadn’t purchased I would be out of 800 dollars. I then asked about product testing and was told they are only checked for power. How is it that this store is selling appliances etc. and not thoroughly checking products

I purchased a dining set on 06/20/20 and it was delivered and assembled the next day 06/21/20 , however the legs on the chairs were uneven, so I called and sent emails letting them know that I need them replaced or I shouldn't have to pay for something that's defective. I notice after the purchase the receipt says all sales are final , but it should be a law against business selling defective product and not being willing to make good on the product and services , at this point I really would like to return the merchandise all together.

I am rejecting this response because: American Freight furniture told the Revdex.com that they built the two chairs that was defective however they have not been delivered them to me which I paid to have the furniture delivered and assemble. So the issue has not been resolved to this date.

American Freight has confirmed that the customer has all of their product that was ordered.

I purchased some furniture at American freight furniture in *** and the had it delivered but once the delivery people got there they said it couldn’t fit and that all sales was final and no exchange so they left it in my front lawn, I called the manager of the company and informed here and she was very rude telling me that I should have read the signs and what do I think I was signing the paper for, very unprofessional I told her that I couldn’t do anything with the furniture and all I wanted to do was e change it and she told me that I should have measured my door before I purchased the furniture and they couldn’t do anything to help me.

American Freight has spoken with the customer. Purchased a couch set for approx $1400 on Nov 4th. Around December I started experiencing itching and noted a few areas. After a while I asked my to look. It was not definitive and was treated as hives. Long story short, I am the only person who sat on the couch in question and I was literally feeding bedbugs for months before I realized the problem. I have documentation and photos of everything. Since it was supposed to be a new couch it NEVER occurred to me that it was the source of my bites! I have had two inspections from two exterminators, one of which was yours and only a day apart. Both of which have advised me they ONLY found them in the couch (which was thrown to the street) and not in the house. This would make sense as I was a constant food source. I have had no further bites since throwing the couch out.

American Freight strongly disputes this allegation.First and foremost, bed bugs do not live and thrive in new, unused furniture. Bed bugs feed on humans and animals, not furniture. They are often found in used furniture so that they can live near a food source. The furniture itself is not a food source.Furthermore, American Freight purchases new furniture from manufacturers, and this furniture is wrapped at the factory. American Freight contracts with Orkin to keep our warehouses pest free. Our contracted delivery drivers do not remove used furniture, and American Freight does not accept used furniture back into its premises. The Orkin representative that went to the customers home was only able to validate the presence of the bugs, also noting that the furniture was outside of the home. Orkin did not state that the source was directly from the store location.Additionally, American Freight has not received any other complaints from this location. For all these reasons, American Freight strongly disputes allegations that it was the cause of any bed bug infestation.

American Freight will still stand behind the regional managers offer to the customer to refund them $500.

Worst place ever! Do not do business with them. I beyond disgusted with American Freight. Never in my life have I had the misfortune of doing business with such incompetent people! I paid cash for a 4pc Bedroom set. I was told that it would be delivered the next week. That didn’t happen. Firstly, my furniture wasn’t delivered to the warehouse until two weeks after expected. Next, not all of it came to the warehouse and I had to complain to get what came in delivered and not have to pay the delivery fee twice, which would have been extremely unfair. Next, when they finally made the delivery, the wrong dresser was delivered and the chest wasn’t sent. I emailed them a picture of the wrong dresser as requested only for them to continuously tell me that they didn’t get it. I make calls to them on a nearly daily bases just to be told that they will let me know when it’s on the away. One and a half months later, I still haven’t gotten my furniture. Like I said, WORST PLACE EVER! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!!
