I am rejecting this response because:FYI - I do not trust Evine any longerDiana did not request anything from me! I offered to send copies of my bank statementsI sent her a PDF document showing the double debits for the two dates in question, which I have included in this messageShe told me she saw the current double charge (July 10, 2017)Yet she said their system did not indicate a double debit for $for June 28, At no time was I ever told that this double debiting would be stopped for my future Value Pays!!I Informed Diana that I will be pay my future monthly Value Pays every month via checks and I will remove my current debit card from my Evine accountHowever, when I attempted to remove my card info from my Evine account, their Evine website barred me from doing so.After contacting Diana that I am unable to remove my card info form my Evine account, she said, "I apologize the card may not be removed until all Value Pays have been paid"!Please have Evine (tech or IT department) remove my card information from their websiteThen I can accept this responseThank you
