It is important to note that I ordered this mattress on 5/23/and received it on 6/8/At no time during the order placement process or shipping process did Evine advise me that the Day Comfort Guarantee was a "typographical error"Evine Live chose to do the unethical thing by invoking their rights under the Terms of Use policy AFTER I received the merchandise, AFTER I requested relief under the advertised Day Comfort Guarantee, and AFTER I brought the misrepresentation to the attention of Evine Live on 7/23/
The inclusion of a Day Comfort Guarantee influenced my decision to buy the mattress as it gave me piece of mind knowing that I was purchasing it from an online retailer, sight unseenIntentionally, or unintentionally, the fact remains that Evine Live misrepresented the Day Comfort Guarantee in a material respectIt is highly coincidental that every size of this mattress and/or foundation combination shows "Sold Out" on Evine LiveIt would appear that Evine Live certainly knew the consequences for continuing to advertise the Day Comfort Guarantee and chose to mitigate the risk by removing all traces of the Day Comfort Guarantee verbiage and by closing out the availability of this particular mattressThis is truly ironic indeedI am curious to know just how many of these particular mattresses were sold to other consumers, and how many of those consumers relied on the misrepresentation of a Day Comfort Guarantee to make a purchasing decision
As a consumer who has been wronged, I am confident that the legal system will deliver justice even though Evine Live refuses to the honorable and ethical thing

This still does not tell me WHY this happened to begin with, my account is now OK, but not then, I could never find out WHY, this is what I want to know, and how come it was not cleared up when I did find out and called, someone was supposed to call me back if they could not process the payment on my account. This did not happen at all, I can send a statement that shows I have almost $2,credit left on my account and no one bothered to call me to say it could not be posted. I just want to know WHY this happened to begin with when I have a credit line of almost $5,and only had $2,in charges, why was this account put on credit hold to begin with, no one has ever been able to tell WHY and why now my account is OK, except that I am on credit hold.Thank you.*** ***

I continue to be beyond frustrated. I reported to the Revdex.com because I felt I wasn't being heard by your organization Apparently, the tradition continues. If you look back into my 12+ phone calls to Evine and your collection dept - I was sent paperwork to completeBut, when I contacted loss prevention to ask a question pertaining to the notarized signature requested on the documents and a fax # to submit the documents too- I was told I didn't need to submit any paperwork after all. I feel like Evine is playing gamesI would've submitted documents months agoYOUR COMPANY SAID, IT WAS NOT NEEDED Has Evine taken steps to file a trace through UPS on the package? The UPS Store (where I receive my mail) and I both have contacted UPS to place a trace on the packageWe were both told, "The sender would need to instigate a trace." I'm assuming Evine has insurance on all packagesCould you please provide me with the results of my request?
