Chuck was prompt and right on the job The change out of the thermostat on my hot water heater was done quickly This is the second time it has had to be changed Everything was covered under warranty, which is great, as long as this time the problem is fixed No fault of American Mechanical, but they sure don't make things like they used too

The service guys for American Mechanical - Joe Band Scott Cwere the best HVAC service technicians I have ever dealt with They were professional, technically sound and answered all my questions Joe came in after we have a smoke filled house to find the fan motor had seized up and took care of the repair and then found an issue with the 2nd air handler and had the part ordered, Scott came in and installed the new part and all is well These guys are a credit to their profession and to American mechanical - I will ask for them by name in the future
