Steve [redacted] from American Mechanical, Inc. always does an outstanding job when he services our stand-by generator each year. He is always prompt, courteous, and does an outstanding job. He is a true professional.

Had my maintenance checkup today (12/14/2016) on my electrical system, HVAC system, and plumbing system. The 3 service tech reps who did the inspections were Bill [redacted] Jon [redacted] and Robert [redacted] All three of these men displayed outstanding professionalism, courtesy, and informative information in each of their respective fields. American Mechanical should be very proud of these gentlemen for their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction.

This is an excellent company with employees that are informative and professional. This company has provided us with stellar service for over 10 years.

Having used American Mechanical for past AC work, I called them when my hot water tank's pilot light would not stay lit. Jon S arrived an hour later. He determined the thermocouple was defective and gave me the cost to replace it. Because of the tanks age (11 yr old) I asked what it would cost to replace it. His price for a new tank, including labor, was very fair. I have also had a problem with semi warm water to a bathroom. Jon S checked this out and explained what was causing the lack of hot water to the shower. and gave me the cost to repair it. Again a fair price for the part & labor. By 4 PM that day I had a new hot water tank as well as HOT water to my shower. .

The service so far from American Mechanical has been first rate, thanks to [redacted] Conaway. He is professional, hard working and polite. A great representative for American Mechanical.

I was well pleases with the service provided. The technician was very professional .

Eric arrived on time ... put booties on before entering my home .... found and corrected my problem immediately. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will request Eric V for my future plumbing needs with American Mechanical.

Prompt response. The tech, Eric, performed fantastic work. Even cleaned up the sewer mess left behind.

All of our contacts with this company have been outstanding. The last contact was on Jan 9, 2017, at which time Chris x performed annual maintenance service on our emergency gas Generator. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He answered all my questions and provided some very helpful suggestions as to the use and care of the generator. Plan on using them for these type of services and other services.

I want to give praise to John [redacted] for doing such an outstanding job a couple of days ago. Both toilets were not flushing and water was backing up in my shower and tub. Not only did he come in a few hours but was so polite and certainly knew what he was doing. When it was apparent that it was the city's responsibility John even called the city and they were here in 30 minutes. He put everything back in place and marked everything so it would be easier to find. I couldn't be more please with him and, of course, pleased with my grandson Joe [redacted] who works for American Mechanical also and started the process. What a pleasure it will be for me to recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!!!

I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO EXPECT. he promised next day service, payment options, and a fair price. THE NEXT DAY, CRIS, TONY & BOBBY WERE RIGHT ON TIME, WORKED THROUGH LUNCH AND FINISHED THE JOB WHILE IT SNOWED. PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND PUNCTUAL. THE INSTALL MEN HAD TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS HAPPENING DURING THE INSTALL.\r\nagain, if a doctor gives you his opinion, get a second opinion.\r\nIf AMI explains what\'s needed to be done. The service was great, professional and thoroughly helpful as he explained exactly why the issue occurred and how he was fixing it.

Chuck b did a great job working fast so that I could go back to work. Definitely would recommend him and American Mechanical.

My husband and I called for Chuck B. again to come out for another plumbing service that was related to an earlier problem. He called ahead. He went on the roof and snaked the drain. The company did not charge us for this second visit. We were pleasantly surprised and appreciated it.. They stand by their work. Chuck B. does also. He is a professional to the highest standards. We trust him with all our plumbing needs.

Rich P. of American Mechanical came to my home for a plumbing problem. He was great he did the job quickly in professional manner. When he arrived he inspected the job for the best way to fix it. In a short time it was done. Rich and American Mechanical are coming back to fix another plumbing issue at our request and the price was right. Rich P. is a professional and he knows the job!!

John G. quickly identified the problem with my light fixture and had a part on the truck to fix the problem on the spot. He has been here before and is always polite yet friendly and professional.
