Steve *** from American Mechanical, was very professional, showed up on time and was very pleasant and courteous It was wet out and even started raining on him, but he got my generator fixed before the storm No problems and complaints

American Mechanical, Incplumbing teach, Jon Sjust left after spending hours to resolve my non-functioning Delta kitchen faucet issue He thoroughly trouble shot problem, cleaned assumed culprit and even got on the phone with Delta to followup on my communications earlier with them With Delta's help, Jon bypassed the bad switch and got running water to my facet! Joy! Joy! Thankfully, Jon did not give up and was able to resolve my problem just in time for a party that we are hosting tomorrow!

I have been with American Mechanical, Incfor several years During that time I have had some very good HVAC Techs come for the spring/fall maintenance This fall, for the fall cleaning, my tech was Sean *** He is an well-mannered and informative man that could show and tell me the problem with the unit I greatly appreciated his efforts on obtaining and replacing the rusted out motor so I would have heat Thanks Sean for great work ethics!
