Sean was extremely friendly and helpful. He was quick and thorough during his visit and went out of his way to explain the various parts that needed replacing and how our HVAC system works so I would have a better understanding of what was happening with our system.

Eric V. was courteous and professional. He was a diligent worker and worked hard to solve our problems. The company is very fortunate to have him on their team. Would highly recommend him!

Company sent out Joel who was able to review our request as well and looking at how the same job was completed in another room to see what we wanted. He was able to quickly and efficently handle phase one of our request, on top of that provided great service.

I had a service call with Jessie - he arrived in a timely manner - was very polite , professional and helpful.

Sean Samuels of American Mechanical was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed our HVAC thermostat and I would highly recommend him for any future A M service. We would definitely request him again. He was out to our house to fix the issue within a hour of the phone call on a Sunday morning.

Excellent job installing Gas Water Heater by Eric [redacted] and his assistant Preston [redacted] Tough Job due to space constrictions because of new codes and having to slide thru crawl space but they made it happen. Would recommend absolutely.

Eric V came to my house today August 5,2015. He had make a simple fix to my bath tub. He is very professional and I was pleased with the work he did. I would recommend American Mechanical to all my family and friends.

all the employees either in the field have been extremely helpful, always polite and friendly but I must mention the technician who came to my house today to do the final start up on my generator, he was on time, extremely polite, very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. he even removed his boots before entering my house because he was afraid of dirtying my floors. he was totally professional. john [redacted] is to be commended for his customer relations

Rich ** greeted me with cheerful enthusiasm, immediately ready and willing to tackle the job at hand. He got straight to work, removing the old and corroded piping and flush valve. He immediately notified me when he discovered a previously undiscovered crimp in the copper supply line within the wet wall. Undeterred by this setback, he drove to two plumbing suppliers to find the needed replacement parts and expertly installed them along with the new flush valve. He also went the extra mile and beautifully patched the access hole in the cinderblock wall and cleaned up his work area so thoroughly that no one could tell he had ever been there. Rich ** is a supercharged top-performer in every respect. He is a master at his trade and demonstrates the very best in providing superior customer service. I will ask for Rich P. for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you, Rich for a job extremely well done!

Joe [redacted] came today, Saturday, to fix our heat. He was wonderful. He explained everything that was wrong and he had our heater up and running in an hour! He did excellent work! I totally recommend him!

Tim [redacted] performed the annual service on our generator. He was prompt, professional and thorough. This kind of dependability gives us peace of mind particularly entering the height of hurricane season.

I've had 2 experiences with American Mechanical. One with technician John [redacted] & the other with Rob [redacted] I found both the guys to be punctual, courteous, efficient & effective. They informed me up front about pricing & I was pleased with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
