Timely service, solid work, reasonable price

This was a callback after first service call didn't fully address problem. American Mechanical sent a technician who found the issue and true to their 30 guarantee, they only charged for the part, no additional travel or labor charges. Then the tech, Steve B, took the time to explain what to look for in the event something goes wrong with the system in the future, and then he re-inspected the system for any other issues. Finding none, he wiped down the system which should make it easier to spot any oil leaks in the future.

Eric v was the plumber at my house today. He was courteous, professional and did a great job! He has a lot of pride w his craft and it shows. I was very pleased!

Jesse showed up on time and was very efficient in fixing our attic fan. Jesse also assisted us with an A/C related problem a few months ago. We were VERY satisfied with Jesse's performance and the overall professionalism of the office staff (Noelle and Nicole)
