Chuck Brinson came to take care of an emergency for a leaking toilet. He was prompt, kind, and provided information that made me confident that he knew what he was doing.

Eric came to my home was very upbeat and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond when he found that our water heater was set at a high degree that could have caused my children to get burnt. Really appreciated how helpful he was.

Work done was for regular seasonal maintenance of HVAC. The technician was business-like and thorough, but explained what he was doing and asked as to whether I had any questions. I guess "personable" is a word I would use to describe him.

May 27, 2016 - Service Pro Tim [redacted] from American Mechanical, Inc., performed routine yearly maintenance on my whole house emergency generator. I have had American Mechamical, Inc., perform this annual maintenance since the generator was installed @2007. As alway, American Mechanical, Inc., Service Pros responded in a timely and professional manner. Service Pro Tim [redacted] called me when he was on his way to my house, arrived within the expected timeframe, performed the maintenance and apprised me of the results. I would definitely recommend American Mechanical, Inc., and Service Pro Tim [redacted] to anyone else, and will continue to use the company myself.

I was already having extensive HVAC work done by American Mechanical when there was noted a plumbing leak, the present workers called their plumbing section and scheduled a next morning appointment for me to handle this quickly. Early the next morning Rich P. came and was so very nice, he saw the problem, saw my house and all the other work I was having, called his manager and they were nice enough to give me a discount on the plumbing He also promptly handled the leak, stayed to test the pipes and glanced over the other pipes while exposed and no other leaks present. Thank you so much Rich, I really appreciate your efforts.

Great service. Technician called and gave advanced notice that he was on his way. Requested to be first appointment of the day. Timely service and very thoughtful, clean, friendly, and efficient.
