Been using American Mechanical for my generator (permanent) since it was installed. Service is always perfect. Steve came out yesterday and had the generator up and running again (dead battery). He called before he came, told me the cost of the new battery before he started, cleaned the area for the battery and such, tested everything, and finished in little time. He also warned me that he would need to cut the power... I was doing taxes, so I very much appreciated that! I highly recommend American Mechanical.

Called American Mechanical with emergency plumbing problem. The offfice answered and was most helpful, and Chuck B. came out shortly after and fixed everything efficently. I am very pleased with the service.

Service was prompt and professional. [redacted] arrived in his companies uniform and was friendly and efficient. He seemed to care about doing a good job. Everything was taken care of in a reasonable time.

Ive used American Mechanical for 5 years to do maintenance on my generator. They are always punctual, nice and through. Today I had my annual maintenance, he spent over an hour cleaning, replaced spark plugs, oil and filter and much more. Im always surprised at how reasonable the cost is.

Joel was very professional, courteous and friendly. He offered his expert advise and recommendations when answering all my questions regarding my water leak situation. He quickly assessed the remedy and had the repairs completed within 30 minutes.

I had the right date written down but the wrong day of the week for our semi-annual ac/heater checkup. When Jon called I was all the way across town but he worked around my schedule and showed up after I finally returned home so I wouldnt have to reschedule for another date. Jon was thorough, professional and did a complete cleanup upon completion. Highly recommend him for the job.

Eric V was great! He was sympathetic to the needs of my family and was very quick with the repairs. He explained what needed to be done and completed the necessary repairs, I love that he had the shoe covers on to help protect the carpet that my children are on daily. I will request him for all my necessary repairs. This company is very professional and courteous, they are able to set up timely appointments in a very friendly manner. Thanks a bunch :)
