I do understand that your first shaft was defective but we did not make the product. To get you refund for defective product you could contact the manufacture. We tried to keep you from needed to do that and step on good faith to help with the install of the driveshaft. Your second drive shaft not being correct we tried to help by letting you install it and drive on it, then return it (we will not be able to resale) and send the original brand you purchased the first time once back in stock. I want to work with you on this but I can’t cover everything. I can let you keep the driveshaft in your car until we get the other in stock, and pay for two install fees (150+250 = 400). I can process the $400.00 back to your card on file if you agree to this.

A refund in the amount of $189.99 for the chin slitter was issued on 2/29  to [redacted]'s [redacted] account and he has been refunded in full for the product.  Because a complaint case exists on this transaction with [redacted], we are unable to assist [redacted] any further until the case is resolved however can send a new SDK card once the matter is closed with [redacted].

Review: I contacted American Muscle by phone immediately after discovering that I had a problem. I had ordered some chrome wheels from American Muscle and was sent a set that appears to be for the wrong model year of my vehicle. The custom wheels that I had on my Mustang before fit perfectly, but when I swapped the wheels that I ordered from American Muscle on, the rear wheels stuck out of the fender well. The driver side is sticking out about a half to three quarters of an inch and the passenger side is exactly flush with the fender lip. The wheels that I had on before fit correctly where the entire wheel and tire were inside the fender lip. This is a problem for two reasons, when driving through a puddle of water, the splash goes all over the side of the car rather than staying inside the fender, and the much larger problem is that I can not make any adjustments to my ride height (lower the rear of the vehicle) because the tires will come into contact with the fender. I was told on the phone to e mail some pictures of the problem to American Muscle, and I did so, and then called them back.

I was then told that I would have to unmount the wheels and tires and take more pictures and e mail them in before any type of replacement would be sent. I had just paid to have the tires mounted and so I was unwilling to pay to have them removed and put back on again. I had several phone conversations with American Muscle and after them all, I thought that I might just be "stuck" with wheels that didn't fit properly. I later remembered that I was [redacted] friends with Chris R[redacted] who works at American Muscle as a customer service rep. and he had told me numerous times that if I "ever had a problem, I should let him know" and so I sent him a private e mail message along with the same pictures of the problem and a detailed explanation of what was wrong, but he failed to reply at all. [redacted] notified me that Chris had seen my message on Aug 28th even though I had sent it on Aug 15th. To this date, I have yet to get a response.Desired Settlement: After speaking with the technicians at the tire center that mounted the tire, I was told that the wheels that I have may be for the '99 to '04 Mustang instead of the '05 to '09 Mustang. I would like that another set of wheels with the proper offset be sent to me, and that I be reimbursed $85.00 for mounting and balancing a set of tires that were not actually designed for my vehicle.

If my looking at the order correctly it looks like you ordered 4 2010 [redacted] Chrome Wheels in 18x9. This wheel is a +30 offset which will sit the wheel and tire pretty much inline with your rear fender. You seem to have one sticking out which is not normal but I want to make sure that you like the fitment of the wheels. If you like the way they fit I will set you up with a replacement on all four wheels and pay for the mount and balance fee you have. Have ordered several mustang parts from AmericanMuscle.com and never once been disappointed. I ordered a grille with included fog lights that arrived with a blown bulb, got on the phone and they sent upgraded bulbs out free of charge within the same day. Great business with good prices, would recommend, and have, to everybody I know with a mustang.

Review: ** On July 9th, 2014, I purchased 4 "AMR CHARCOAL TIRES" from American Muscle. July 9th is the date the order was processed. Upon arrival of my tire packages (4) on Monday, July 14th, 2014, I opened each to find that all four tires were BLACK and NOT Charcoal - the color ordered by me! I called American Muscle immediately (day of arrival) Monday, July 14th, informing them of their mistake and made arrangements to mail them back and that they would send me out the CORRECT TIRES! *I mailed tires back and had confirmed email delivery to American Muscle on Thursday, July 17th. I called to confirm and to arrange to have correct tires shipped to me. **I was told, and still being told "it will take 10 days to process order" before it can be shipped!!?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? TODAY, Monday, July 21st, I was informed by AMR customer service I "will NOT BE REFUNDED UNTIL 7/31/14 when my money will be put into my American Muscle account!?!" THEN I can RE-ORDER the correct order!?! I will probably receive my wheels (originally ordered July 9th) until August 9th, A MONTH AFTER ORIGINAL ORDER!!!??!! **Desired Settlement: First, I hope and pray they will get me the product I PAID FOR!! Secondly, I hope they are courteous enough to make up for their mistake and give me a discount either toward this purchase or a future purchase! I found where some of the confusion is coming from. On July 9th you did

place an order for wheels (tires) but you ordered AMR Black Wheel -

19x8.5 (4 total). I have attached a copy of your confirmation email that

was sent to you on the 9th as well. On July 14 you called to set up a

return (RMA) because you ordered the incorrect color wheels (RMA) email

sent to you on the 14 is also attached) so we set up a return for the

black wheels to create you a store credit once the wheels where checked

in by our returns department. In that email sent to you on the 14 it

states: "Your credit will be issued within 10 business days of the

receipt of your return." We received your wheels back on July 17th so 10

business days from there is: July 31 (business days are Monday -

Friday). I understand this is an inconvenience for you and I do want to

help you with this situation but this is the normal RMA procedure. What

I'm going to do is contact my RMA team and see if I can your return

processed in the next few days. Than I can create the store credit so we

can place an order for the correct color wheels you want. Again I'm

Review: Approximately March 2008, I purchased a set of staggered chrome deep dish bullitt wheels/tires for over $1400; order number #[redacted] and #[redacted]. I have used them very little, less than 10k miles, since the purchase date and recently had once of the rims crack due to a structural defect. I contacted American Muscle and they provided me information on how to warranty out this defective wheel. I received the new wheel and realized it was similar but not the same style. Now I have 3 wheels of the "old" style which are the ones I originally purchased and 1 wheel of the "new" style that was sent to me from the warrantied wheel. When I contacted American Muscle about this they said there wasn't anything they could do and the manufacturer of the wheels has changed. I am frustrated about this situation because I have over $1400 invested in a set of wheels/tires that I cannot use because they do not match and I purchased them with a lifetime warranty that if I ever had a problem I would be able to to get a replacement rim that matched, not something different.Desired Settlement: I would like the wheels to be replaced so that I have a full set of matching wheels.

Review: I purchased a set of wheels from American Muscle and just two days ago I was on my way to his home in Colorado and my wheel exploded putting five lives in danger (one being the Colorado state patrolman I almost hit next to me when it blew). I waited until after the holiday and weekend to get over so I could contact them. They inform me they no longer manufacture my black chrome [redacted]s any longer. Either I can take a refund and a DISCOUNT on a new set of rims or take a chrome replacement wheel. Neither of these are feasible for me. I am stuck 800 miles away from home; so either I screw up the image of my car because of their screw up or I can't get home?! That's completely unacceptable. It is THEIR wheel that caused this so why should I have to suffer for it?! I'm not paying out of pocket for anything! This is THEIR reasonability!!!!! It is their wheel that exploded! Nothing hit or caused it; it was poorly constructed which is out of my hands!!!!Desired Settlement: I want a COMPLETE set of [redacted]s of my choice overnighted to my location! Review: American muscle had a 05-09 [redacted] exhaust on clearance for $64.99. To me the price seemed cheap therefore I called american muscle direct and spoke to TWO different customer service reps and I personally asked why it was so cheap they clearly said it was just a clearanced item. Therefore I placed the order over the phone with the customer service rep he gave me a order confirmation number and sent me a confirmation email while I was on the phone american muscle records their calls so they can listen to it of need be. This morning they automatically refunded my money and said that they couldn't honor the price because it was a miss print. My point is that I specifically asked about the price and they told me it was correct. When four on hold with american muscle their recording specifically says "the price you see is the price you get" well that didn't happen in this case, I feel as if I should get the order at the advertised price especially because I personally called about it.Desired Settlement: I would like to see american muscle give me some sort of credit or the exhaust system that I ordered over the phone at their advertised price.

Review: On January 3. 2014, I placed an order over the phone with American Muscle. I had been waiting for a certain item to go on sale for over a year. The product I wanted, a 2013 V6 [redacted] Billet Grille, was finally on sale. I had store credit from a previous bad experience where American Muscle sent me the wrong product. I had to call to use the store credit so I called to make sure the part would fit. I was told the part would fit any 2013-2014 V6 mustang, so I proceeded and placed the order over the phone. The part was shipping the next day and I received it only a few days later. On January 11th, I attempted to install the part which required a complete disassemble of the front end (splash guard, bumper, etc.). I was having difficulty with the assembly of the grille, so I called American Muscle customer service. The associate assured me that the part would fit and gave me a new set of directions to follow. After further work, I realized that there was no possible way the part would fit my vehicle, so I called again. After another long hold time while the associate discussed the part with a fellow associate, they informed me that the part did not fit and there were no additional parts that would make it fit. Extremely frustrated, after spending fours hours working on this project, I was instructed that I would receive a return label and they would issue me a refund on Monday (2 days away, 1/13). I received a return label on Monday and assumed that my return was being processed. Even after explaining how much work they caused for me, there was no offer of store credit or even a coupon for a future purchase to ease my frustration on my incredible waste of time. I went 15 miles out of my way to send the parts back and they were delivered on 1/28. By 2/7, I had not received so much as a confirmation email that they received the item, but had tracked it and knew it had been delivered, so I called. I was told that returns take 7-10 business days to process and that I would have my refund no later than today. Well, today I still hadn't received a refund, so I called. This time I was told that the 7-10 business was only for their processing time and that there would be additional time for my bank to issue the refund. Today is the 10th business day, I still have no refund. I have owned fur mustangs and have spent thousands of dollars as a loyal American Muscle customer and promoter. The lack of customer service in the last orders with American Muscle is sickening. I won't be ordering from them in the future, and I wouldn't recommend them to any [redacted] owner.Desired Settlement: I request a written apology for the time I wasted and the lack of customer service I received. I also request my refund be processed immediately in the full amount of 134.99. Furthermore, I request an additional amount of $135 to be issued to me for the time I spent on this installation and the store credit that I will not use as American Muscle has done nothing to earn future business from me.

Review: After researching a cowl induction hood for my [redacted] I decided on a [redacted] brand hood. I called American Muscle and asked if they carried [redacted] brand hoods and a sales rep said yes, the manufactorer on the hood I was asking about was [redacted]. I then asked the sales rep if they could do a price match from another company that had the [redacted] hood I wanted for $40 cheaper. The sales rep said they could match that price. I placed the order for the hood and when it arrived, I noticed it said the brand was [redacted]. After inspecting the hood I noticed that the under finish on the hood was also different than the pictures that American muscle showed on it's web site. I then called American Muscle and spoke with another sales rep. I told him I did not get the hood I ordered, that it was a totally different brand. The sales rep told me he could not help me because they did not do returns on frieght items. I told the sales rep it was not the hood I asked for and that they even price matched it as a [redacted]. The sales rep told me he saw that on the order history, but he had never even heard of [redacted], that it was probably just a kind of [redacted]. I told him no, [redacted] is it's on hood manufactorer and that the hood I received didn't even match the pictures they advertised on thier site. The sales rep said he could not help me. I explained to the sales rep that had I wanted a [redacted] hood, I would haver ordered a [redacted] and that I even called and spoke to a sales rep to verify I would be ordering a [redacted]. I told him I could not see ordering from their company again being I asked for a specific item and was assured I was getting it and recieved something totally different. Review: On 8 March, I ordered some products from American Muscle. The cost of the entire bill was a little over $1,000. I received the majority of the products that I ordered on or about the 14-16 March. I called American Muscle and told them that I was missing some items. They promptly sent my side markers, but did not send me my [redacted] side splitters. They claimed to do a delivery status request through the shipper. The shipper came to my house and asked for me to sign for a product that I did receive ([redacted]). I then contacted American Muscle again and told them thank you for doing a delivery status request on a product I did receive but what about my [redacted] side splitters? [redacted] stated that he would do another delivery status request and I would know by Wednesday of this week where my [redacted] side splitters were. On Friday, I emailed [redacted] at 0900 and told him he had 24hrs to get me a legit answer where my splitters were or to give me my money back. It has now been over 24 hrs and I have not gotten a call or email back. I would like you Revdex.com to get me my money back including the shipping. This is not customer satisfaction. To ignore or not write someone back on a product that they ordered is bad business. Revdex.com please help me get my money back. I placed my order and received an email the next day claiming the price advertised was in error and that my order was canceled without my request. Review: I ordered the sway bar kit for my 2012 mustang off there website on 2/19/13. They sent me the product missing all the rear bushings for the back sway bar. That clearly shows on there website as supposed to be there. I call the next day and tell them I didn't receive them they assured me they would send them out within the next few days. Two weeks went by I called back told them the same thing took them two weeks and they sent me two of them but not the rest. I called back that day and told them they confirmed witch ones I didn't have still. They told me same bull crap it's been over two weeks since then and no bushing nor a call or anything. Review: I ordered a BBK Throttle Body on Thursday May 22nd, 2014 and paid for Guaranteed 1 Day Shipping. It is now Tuesday May 27th, 2014 and I still do not have my item. Customer service representative Matt explained that because I placed my order near 5PM EST, it did not go out that day. Even if that was the case, I basically paid for overnight shipping and could have received the order by Saturday. We also use [redacted] who has business shipping days of Monday - Friday not weekends. Your order was placed on Thursday after our 5pm EST cut off so it shipped the next business day Friday with 1 day shipping which would be delived on Monday 5/27/2014 (weekends do not count). I understand this can be a little confusing so I want to refund you the cost of your shipping on this order. I am writing today because I am very frustrated with your customer service. I have ordered bunch of things for my car (from exhaust to navigation etc). Always received perfect support but the problem came when I had to return one item. After going back and forth with a rep we decided to ship the item back.

It was delivered on 7/10/14 Order #[redacted]. I wrote twice to you asking about status of my refund. On 08/05 I was told that credit has been issued to my [redacted].

I wrote on 8/15 again and In response I was told that credit was issued as a store credit!!!

I wrote back that I do not want a store credit and would like to my credit to be issued to my card just like you stayed in the email from 8/5! - No response since.

I wrote a PM yesterday to Alex L[redacted] and Dan B[redacted] on [redacted] as well as another message to american muscle and no body cared to respond.

I am asking for my credit to be issued to my credit card.

Hi [redacted],I"m very sorry to hear about the expreience you had with our company. This is not how we like to operate business and we always want our customer to have a good expreeince and get everything they need. I looked into your order and return and see that we did issue you a store credit for your tuner for the incorrect amount of $399.99. You used a coupon on your order for $24.00 off so that credit should have been for $375.99 and it should have been issued to your card. I'm not sure why this mistake accrued or why no one has gotten back to you about this issue, but I have issued the credit of $375.99 back to your card used for the order. Again i'm very sorry for the mix up on this order and for all the confusion. My contact information is below if you need anything from me.Thank you ,
