literally flew off the shelves
Because it never shipped, your credit card was never charged and we have set up $of store credit for you to be used toward a future purchase as an apology in good faith This will allow you to order up to $worth of product off our website at no cost to you or you can use it to offset the cost of another clutch kit, whatever works best The store credit can be combined with sales and promotions, so if a comparable clutch does go on sale again you are more than welcome to use your store credit toward that orderI hope this helps but please feel free to call us and ask for me directly if I can be of any further assistance,

Hello,The original unit was ordered and delivered 6/ When contacted on 9/with the request for a replacement for the Nav unit we created a return for the first Nav unit, sent a pre-paid return shipping label and shipped a second unit out at no cost When contacted on 9/regarding
issues with the second unit we again set up a return authorization (this time for a full refund) and sent a pre-paid return label out to ship the Nav unit back Once the Nav units are returned we will be happy to issue a full refund for their cost and again we have emailed *** pre-paid shipping labels so this can be done at no cost to the customer *** is not showing any shipping activity/movement on the pre-paid return labels at this time however Installation costs are not covered per the terms and conditions on our website - please see the attached link from the footer of our website http://www.americanmuscle.com/returns.htmlIf there is anything else I can assist with please do not hesitate to let me know.Andrew D***

I genuinely appreciate American Muscles actions, I am glad that they are willing to credit me my money backI wish I could send them their incorrect mis-labeled part back st its in fine condition but they seem un interested
