Dear Sir,The tire was purchased approximately six (6) months ago in April 2015 and after three separate members of our management team viewed the video provided by [redacted] of the damage to his tire,  we have concluded that it appears the issue with the tire is caused due to road damage....

investment to support the ability to write tunes for.  Failure to support and write tunes correctly can result in damage or the destruction of the vehicle's engine.    We have launched an upgraded tunes for life program for individuals with supercharged applications and allow individuals who purchased our regular tunes for life membership to upgrade to the membership plan that includes superchargers.  We only charge them the difference between the two programs - no more.   The $100 represents the difference between a Tunes for Life with Super Charged Applications ($249.99) and our non super charged ($149.99).  Again to be clear - supercharged applications were not available to be included in tunes prior to this and explicitly excluded from the program.  
We are happy to continue to honor the terms and conditions of the original membership and write non-supercharged tunes, free of cost as we have already done on past occasion to the customer's satisfaction - they wont work for him any more after adding the supercharger unfortunately.   Alternatively, the customer can pay  the one time fee of $100 to upgrade his membership and we will continue to write tunes for his original vehicle so long as he owns it.  Again, we are not asking the customer to buy a new membership - only to pay the cost to upgrade to include a feature that was not available or included in his current tunes for life membership.

Website states the product will ship out tomorrow.. which really means they print out a USPS shipping label, creating a tracking number, but when you track the order, it was 8pm, 4 business days later when the order was actually scanned and shipped via USPS. This was the deciding factor on whether to buy from them or a different company, because I needed the part ASAP. Shady advertising

Hello,Please find attached the American Muscle wheel warranty.  We will not be replacing the wheels for the following reasons.1 - Per the terms of the warranty we cover finish for 1 year.  These wheels were purchased in July 2014 or almost two (2) years ago.2 - The name of the original...

We issued this guy a refund in full on 1/16 even though [redacted] says they delivered the package and he refuses to take their calls so [redacted] denied the claim for non delivery.  If the dispute amount ($512.42) has been refunded in full (and at our expense due to his unwillingness to cooperate with [redacted]) then there should be nothing left to dispute and I would ask the claim be closed.

Bought a set of sr coilovers within I'd say 3 months I went over train tracks "snap" one broke. So I called and they said they really won't have a warranty and it will not be covered. You get what you pay for
