I've ordered from Americanmuscle.com for almost the last 6 years. I usually get my parts from them but in the last year I have had the worst experience with them. It's usually when I ordered numerous parts on one order I am missing parts from the parts like bolts, screws, fittings, etc etc. Or wrong items I have to call them, they set up a return and I have to ship it back. They send out the correct item, one time they blamed it on the manufacturer, and I never got the parts, that was like three years ago. I understand it happens but this is getting old.

The reason we canceled these orders is we cannot get a good ETA on the wheels for our customers and feel making you wait is poor customer service as well. I ordered headlights,parking,& signal lights for both sides of my '92 mustang. They fit perfectly & good great. I didn't order the seal for around headlight, just used original ones that were in good shape. The hardest thing was figuring out how to install them. Googled & found a video. Left it up so we could review for the next step. Took 2 days for us to do, because of our age (70's). Next we ordered a pair of sun visors the cheaper set. Drivers side was hard to turn up or down. Bracket inside was stuck on the rod & torn away from visor. Hammered to get off. First set did not have the cutout for the rod to go thru. Called in & told tech of no cutouts (factory defect?). He checked with mgr. who said if I cut visors & they don't fit I could not return. AM sent replacement set, along with a return label. As soon as they received notice of return, replacements were shipped & rec'd within 4-5 working days. They also didn't have any cutouts (factory defect!) so I called in again. Still rec'd same answer. We waited to think about using or returning. Decided to cut opening ourselves. It worked. So happy I replaced them. I am looking to replace convertible top & glass. Hope it goes well.

This is false information. I've spoke with [redacted] several times and even sent survelliance footage of the day it was suppose to be delivered to American Muscle and [redacted]. Refund has been issued so complaint can be closed.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Item [redacted] on Order [redacted] was shipped to the consumer on 4/17 via [redacted] on tracking number [redacted] and reflected a delivered status in [redacted]'s when we were contacted regarding the shipment.  We initiated a tracer with [redacted] regarding the consumers claim...

of non-delivery and entered a claim for the product.  [redacted] denied the claim for non-delivery - however with the additional information provided by the customer we were able to dispute that allowing us to refund her in full for the item on 6/17.  At this point she is whole for the cost of the item and her claim is solely based on a bank fee and her labor cost.  
After reviewing the customer's request, we would be willing to offer her a $30 refund as a good will gesture.  We do not compensate customers for any reason without prior expressed approval and we do not compensate customers for labor costs under any circumstances so the balance of her claim is respectfully rejected.  As such our final offer is to refund Ms Cormier $30 based on a good will gesture.

emailed her shipping and tracking information that day when the order shipped.  When I track the package at www.[redacted].com it is showing delivered on 9/22 by [redacted] as a driver release.  On 10/6 We were contacted by [redacted] claiming non receipt and we have started the process of filing a claim with [redacted].  We are awaiting the results of the [redacted] investigation which can take up to 8 business days and appreciate her patience in this matter while we work to resolve the issue and her claim of non receipt.
