Dear Sir/Madam, Item [redacted] on Order [redacted] was shipped to the consumer on 4/via [redacted] on tracking number [redacted] and reflected a delivered status in ***'s when we were contacted regarding the shipment We initiated a tracer with [redacted] regarding the consumers claim of non-delivery and entered a claim for the product [redacted] denied the claim for non-delivery - however with the additional information provided by the customer we were able to dispute that allowing us to refund her in full for the item on 6/ At this point she is whole for the cost of the item and her claim is solely based on a bank fee and her labor cost After reviewing the customer's request, we would be willing to offer her a $refund as a good will gesture We do not compensate customers for any reason without prior expressed approval and we do not compensate customers for labor costs under any circumstances so the balance of her claim is respectfully rejected As such our final offer is to refund Ms Cormier $based on a good will gesture Best Regards, Andrew D***

Your return was processed on 2/26/2018 and you were credited for the hood ($199 US) and for shipping ($95.10 US) on the 27th. This customer gave us the incorrect shipment information on his account See attached order documentHe then, has continued to bad mouth our business, even so far, as to contact FB can claim fraud as well This customer is in the wrong He has not contacted us and he also disputed the credit card charge, preventing us from being able to credit this customer back This customer is committing libel We may have to contact an attorney to correct his actions and prevent him from disparaging our company any longer Furthermore, due to the large number of clients we service without any issues, we have come to the conclusion this person is being disingenuous and is probably a representative from a competing company He is obviously trying to harm our company.The client will be refunded the amount, even though we already sent out his order and merchandise to the incorrect address he provided We have lost big time on this transaction, and we will be pursuing all legal remedies Thank you [redacted] New York Nutrition Company

American Muscle claims to have given an additional $credit back to my credit card but I am yet to receive said creditOn top of that I wish for the $dollar gift card to be given to me as a form of credit back to my credit card based on the fact that they sold me two defective itemsThis item has a mark on the upper portion of it and on the side of it and on top of that, there is a gap on each side of the rear decklid panel that is highly visiblePlease refund a total of $back to my credit card and revoke the gift card issued as I do not wish to continue to do business with American Muscle going forwardFailure to do this may result in me having to chargeback this item since it was defective and cancelled prior to shipment

Hey ***,I will try giving you a call today, but one simple solution would be as follows Go under steering column unbolt the bracket that holds the hood release cable and remove itOnce, it is removed you will have access to nutsLoosen those nuts and then grab the steering wheel and move it to the right which will make the shaft under the hood go towards the leftOnce you have slid the steering assembly go back under the hood and make sure you now have clearance. If it is okay then tighten up the nuts and put the hood release bracket back on and that may well give you enough clearance.BestAndrew D***Director of Customer Service

Dear Sir,
The tire was purchased approximately six (6) months ago in April and after three separate members of our management team viewed the video provided by ** *** of the damage to his tire, we have concluded that it appears the issue with the tire is caused due
to road damage We have extended an offer of $off a new tire as a replacement (The tire normally retails for $149.99) as a customer service gesture to ** *** This is our final position on this issue
