American Service Pets have been great. I have a Maine Cn cat that my apartment complex would not allow without ASP’s help. They have been courteous, I got a call from a doctor who evaluated my application and explained how everything worked. Fast shipping on the mail-in forms. Awesome!

The people that were fostering my service dog decided to keep him after I got his paperwork and id from American Service Pets. I called them and explained what was happening and that I was getting a different dog!! They told me just return the old papers and they would redo them with no charge!!!! I was very happy!!!!!

I rescued my dog 10 1/2 years ago. Then 6 months later, my son passed away. This precious little baby has been a therapy dog to me, my husband, and my daughter.
10 years later, my daughter lives across the country, I’m getting a divorce, my dad passed away, and we’re all dealing with this pandemic.
If it wasn’t for my dog being my certified therapy dog, I wouldn’t have been able to be in the hospital with my dad in this time of COVID. I wouldn’t be able to stay at a hotel when I visit my mom while still trying to social distance.
I am so grateful that I can have my therapy dog with me at all times and during all situations.

This company is top notch. I received my housing letters, airlines letter, and registration certificate right away by email. Then, soon after I got everything by mail including the ID card and vest. The vest is very nice high quality. Very satisfied customer.
