Great company, got my certificate very fast. Also needed a form signed for my new apartment, I called and got the letter signed by a physician the same day.

I have read some of these reviews and I have to say this was not my experience. I had no issue being approved or getting my documents. In fact I was able to be evaluated and approved before the purchase of my dog. I wanted to have my recommendation from the doctor before I got the dog, just in case. All I had to do was call customer service once I had my dog to update the recommendation. It was all quick and friendly. I never once felt I was being scammed.

American Service Pets was great! Everything was easy to follow and I received all of my stuff digitally and paper in no time! I was able to move and supply my manager with all necessary paperwork. Highly recommended!

They are awesome. They helped my along the process and made sure I understood everything about the laws.

I’m very happy with American Service Pets. They assisted me with registering my kitten as an ESA. I was living in CA, recently moved to Texas and used the paperwork at my new apartment and had no issues, all fees waived!

I suffer from severe PTSD and generalized anxiety disorder. in orderto even beable to have my emotional support dog in my apartment, I needed to jump through hoops with my landlord. this service made those hoops a hell of a lot easier to deal with. I've worked as a landlord in my state and have been on both sides, so I understand the legal aspect, too. I have only positive things to say here. I hzve my esa dog with me legally now without having to pay an extra $200 a month and another pet deposit. with the way that the pandemic is affecting the economy, that makes it a significant help to anyone in need of emotional support for mental illness sufferers. I have no idea what's up with some of the other reviews when at least 2 are for services that aren't even offered, which automatically brings into question their validity.

Quick and easy. Got my letter and was able to provide it to my landlord with no issues. This company is wonderful to work with!

This was a great site. The application was simple, also the approval response was given within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this site.

Good service I got an ESA letter in a short amount of time and when my school needed more information they helped me with the process.

Really great service that allowed me to have all my animals registered as ESA and It saved us from having to fight with Landlords to keep our pets which help us get by and not have to pay extra just for my animals to live there

I live in an apartment complex and was very nervous about my letter being approved. We requested the letter first, before adopting, to make sure there were no issues. American Service Pets was very accommodating! The doctor I was assigned was extremely understanding. She gave personal contact information to make sure my property management company was able to verify her information. We have since adopted a little kitten, and couldn't be happier with our new family member! Thank you so much!!

I'm not sure why so many negative reviews unless people are going to fake websites. I've had no issues with American Service Pets and renew my ESA letter yearly. They even remind me which helps a lot. I've never had a problem with a landlord saying my letters are fake and if they did ASP will verify with them it is legitimate. Also the negative posts that have nothing to do with ASP should be deleted from this thread.

I used them in July of 2020. Interesting all the options when you search online you think it may be too good to be true. I personally had a great experience and the customer service was very responsive. I would recommend
