I used This service earlier in 2020, I has no issues with it. I was able to receive my letter & documents within a few days via email and ***. I will have to renew my letter sometime in 2021 so hopefully things go smooth again.

Absolutely awesome service. I got my ESA from this website and everything worked perfectly. I got an email with my letters in the first 48 hours and then copies were sent over the mail in the next couple of days. The package also included Delta documentation, which I have used 3 times already without any trouble. Also my landlord was hesitant of accepting my dog, but with the letter gotten from this website there was nothing else to fight for my landlord, since it covered all the legal terms; so it saved me big time. I can absolutely recommend this website. Seems like a shot in the dark at the beginning, but it's totally legit.

American Service Pets was extremely helpful and quickly responded to my requests for documentation needed to travel with my ESA pup Olive. Everything was in perfect order and I sailed through ticketing and boarding on *** and *** airlines. I highly recommend American Service Pets to those needing the appropriate travel documents for their support animals.

After reading a lot of the negative reviews I really have to laugh and question the legitimacy of the people posting them. One claimed that Texas wouldn’t accept their letter well that’s false I live in Texas and had zero issues and I’m renting through a management company AND my ESA is on the breed restriction list, ZERO ISSUES!!!
Others calling this service a scam, WRONG!! Answer the questionnaire truthfully and they will help you through the process.
I highly recommend American Service Pets if you need legitimate letter and don’t have the time to go through PCP route.

I have used American Service Pets for the last two years, and am planning on using their services again in October. They provide exactly what I need to fly with my dog, and all the forms are airline appropriate, and the paperwork provided to me was never questioned by the airline. Their prices are fair, as well. I have no worries when I use them, and they immediately respond when I have a question. Like I stated above, I’m happy with their service, and even the info emails I get from them are helpful and informative.

Awesome service! I have had no issues using this service! I travel a lot and just moved into new apartments and I have no issues with my service dog documents, thanks to their help! I got all documents expedited even, as I had to travel the next day.

Very pleased wit the services received. Everything was timely and accurate. Called a few month later to ask to change some information in the letters. All was provided to me with no questions asked and no charge.

I got emailed immediately after I signed up my dog so I could visit my friend in Utah. Everything came in a timely manner and looked professionally done. I also downloaded the emotional service pets paperwork from the airline so I wanted to be 100% sure there would be no issues since I was flying alone and not a fan of flying. I did like that they provided an option to have a therapist fill out the airline paperwork. If I fly out again next year I will definitely use this service again.

I have used Americanservicepets.com for several years. Most airlines now require advance notification and American Airlines requires me to send all my medical information and my letter at least two weeks before my flight. I haven’t ever had a problem. American service pets.com stays in touch with me to give me an annual reminder to renew my certification, which is also required by most states, restaurants and airlines. I am very pleased with ASP and will continue to be a very satisfied and very well cared for customer.
