We have not failed to follow through on the damaged item that [redacted] receivedWe forwarded his pictures that he sent us of the damaged pole to the manufacturer for replacementAs it was extremely busy during the month of July and the manufacturer was trying to find out what happened and how to prevent it from happening again, the replacement was delayedIt has finally shipped directly to [redacted] via [redacted] tracking # [redacted] We apologize for the inconvenience

We only advertise that our American flags are made in AmericaThose are the Star and Stripes official American flagsConfederate flags are not American flags; they are from American history but they were not and have never been the official flag of the United States of AmericaThe "Confederate" flag that most people mean should actually be a square and officially it is called the Confederate Battle FlagWe have never stated either online or over the phone that our Confederate flags are made in AmericaAt one time, some of them were, but all of the major American flag manufacturers stopped making them this summerAt that time we were forced to find manufacturers overseasDue to the timing issues with the thousands of Confederate flag orders, we were extending the day grace period for returnsHowever, we still will only either replace the smudged flags with unsmudged flags from the same manufacturer or there wi ll be a 20% restocking fee and non-refundable outbound shipping as that is our standard policy

[redacted] emailed us a grainy image of a dirty car and is expecting us to pay for damages he alleges were caused by flag fabric from one of our car flagsThis is crazy on a variety of levels, but the most striking one would be that if he had installed the car flag correctly on his vehicle, the fabric wouldn't be touching the car - neither the window nor the doorAdditionally, there is nothing on the fabric itself that would cause any filmWe will not be refunding [redacted] for his purchase or his car repairs

[redacted] was instructed by [redacted] to return his allegedly incorrect flag to us on April **, If he was to return the flag to us, proving he had received the incorrect item, [redacted] would have settled his charge back in his favorWe received written confirmation of this from [redacted] , which states, "We have been reviewing the case your buyer filed against you and previously decided the best course of action was to have them return the merchandiseWe have now received shipment tracking information from Joseph Brookes for the return of your merchandise."
