Review: I placed an order on 6/**/15 for (3) flags. I was told they were in stock and would ship in 5-7 business days. Following up after not receiving them, I sent about 2 emails asking for the status. I finally received one that said they goofed up on inventory and my flags were not actually in stock. My options was to wait, exchange or cancel my order. I replied with cancel my order and asked for a full refund. It is now almost two weeks and I still have not received my refund or merchandise! I've sent several emails, left voice mails and tried to do the live chat but no one is available. I am now having to do a dispute to my credit card company if I do not hear back from them soon. All around poor service from this company!!Desired Settlement: Receive a full refund and in return warn others that AmericanFlags.com is a joke!

Our website has had the following note on each confederate flag ordering page, the shipping page of our site, and our voicemail since June **, 2015: Please be advised that due to unprecedented demand for our confederate flags, shipping may take several weeks. We do, however, have them in stock and orders will be shipped in the order they are received.This customer ordered two confederate flags on June [redacted], so he had ample opportunity and ability to see these notes and understand that his order would take several weeks to ship. Since he is unable to wait for his merchandise, we have gone ahead and cancelled his order and refunded him in full.

This website is amazing! I was looking for a place were I could get some custom flags for my football team. It was delivered in 5 business days, which I thought was really fast. Especially if you take on account the time spend on each one of them. It’s not like it was a product already done, they do spend time making these flags. And realizing this, I can say it’s quite impressive how fast they deliver.
The quality of each flag was perfect, it seems really resistant and well made. I don’t think our logo will ever vanish. There don’t seem to be any imperfection. Everything is where it should be.
Everybody on the team were so glad with the new acquisitions, that we now take them out in every occasion. They seem to endure hard situations, since they have already been caught by the rain. The colors stayed in place, and it didn’t seem to be any problem. ?We even washed one that got really dirty. Of course we washed it in a very gentle cycle, we were scared at first but everything turn out ok. It didn’t affect our flag at all.
The price seemed to me really reasonable and affordable. And I’m very glad to be part of this project. I enjoy supporting growing companies, I really felt well assisted and everything got in time! ??Would definitively buy again! I recommend for those who are looking for a quality job, and for a reasonable price.

Review: well to start out they lie !! i'm dealing with the same thing that others had mentioned the company or shall I say this ''lady'' cause I never did catch her name offering to upgrade /downgrade the flag ,knowing that there site now says out of stock!!,I purchased my order on july [redacted] have called countless times no answer I addressed to her that I wanted what I legally purchased therefore they are entitled to send out what I paid for! The customer placed an order on July [redacted] for several items including a 2 x 3 ft nylon confederate flag, which we had in stock at the time of his order placement. We have noted on our site, since June [redacted], "Please be advised that due to unprecedented demand for our confederate flags, shipping may take several weeks. We do, however, have them in stock and orders will be shipped in the order they are received." This message appears on several areas of the site as we received tens of thousands of orders for confederate flags within a two-week period. We had the items in stock and were receiving more merchandise from our suppliers at a regular rate. Our shipping delay was not stock related but rather volume related - we only have so many people to ship this large influx of orders. At this time we are no longer taking additional orders for confederate flag, but continue to fill orders placed since June. Our most recent shipment of 2 x 3 f t nylon confederate flags arrived damaged and as such we contacted the customer to see if he would like to upgrade or downgrade his order to a confederate flag in a different size or material. He was belligerent with our customer service rep when she tried to explain the situation. As such, we have gone ahead and cancelled the customer's order in full. He has been refunded entirely.

Review: I ordered six car window American Flags to put on the windows of my business truck. When I put them on my truck the flags kept blowing off the poles and started to fraying after only a couple of miles. When I e-mailed them and told them they told me that they were for vehicles in a parade moving at a slow pace and not for high speeds. The web-page said nothing about this. Their customer service told me it states this if you go to another link and sorry for my inconvenience.

I'm sorry also. But they should have been advertised as Car “Parade Flags” if that is the case. At nowhere on your web-page did it state that these flags were for low speed parade vehicles only. In fact the sentence below I copied directly from the web page right below the picture of the flag. It says " Show your support American pride as you drive around town ". It doesn't say as you drive slowly in a parade. I don't plan on being in a parade anytime soon so I cannot use these flags. I hope as a business representing America that you will be respectful in correcting this issue with me. I will pay for the more expensive flags if they are the flags I can use for my business vehicles. But I would like a full refund for these flags as I don’t feel they were represented properly on your web-site.

Our car flags are among the best you can buy, however, they are designed for short-term use during parades, festivals or during holiday celebrations. Another factor in your flag's life is the speed at which you operate your car with your flag attached. Highway speeds are very tough on flags and will greatly decrease the life of your flag.”

The second, which can be viewed on the terms and conditions page of site at [redacted] says:

“Sorry, made-to-order items, car flags, historic flags, stick flags, flagpoles over 12' and items tied to particular events (ie: sports flags) are not returnable under any circumstances.”

As [redacted] agreed to these terms and conditions when he placed his order, we will not be granting him a return or exchange at this time.

Review: Ordered items from this business on 6/**/2015...still have not received items nor has the seller/business offered explanation via phone call/customer service/email...I have sent emails and made phone calls and left mssgs. to no avail.

I feel I have been scammed.when I ordered these items the site implied all items were in stock and ready to be shipped .when I placed my order they emailed me that my order was being prepared for shipping at that time.

They will not take my phone calls and they will not communicate directly.

Review: The website boasts that ALL US flag are made IN THE US.

This would logically include the United States rebel flag.

I ordered said flag and received it. The tag on the flag said "Made in China".

Being as though this is an American flag, it should fall within the category of "All US flags made in the US".

If it hadn't been falsely advertised, I would not have bought the flag knowing it was made in China.

I requested a refund through their "Contact Us" page and waited about a week with no response.

This is shady business practice.Desired Settlement: I would like the 15 dollars I spent (10 on the flag and 5 on the shipping) to be returned. I offered to send the flag back which I am still willing to do. As this was a deception on their part, if they would like the flag returned, I would also like them to pay the return shipping.

While we make every attempt to stock other made-in-the-USA products, we do not guarantee that anything other than the American flag is made in the US. Review: On the ** of June I order a Confederate Battle Flag from Americans Flags. The order was processed without issue, I was billed, and given an approximate product delivery date (five to seven days after the processing of the order). The beginning of July came and went. I still didn't have my flag. I figured that it had something to do with the [redacted]. I was correct. Initially I was willing to wait for my product. However, since I did not receive an e-mail explaining why I had yet to receive my flag (I had to contact them to find out that my order had been delayed), my patience ran dry. I emailed them several times (receiving only one reply) and informed them that I was not willing to wait anylonger for my product. I informed them that I they must either ship my order immediately (upgrading my order at no additional cost and as a consolation to me) or promptly refund my money. I informed them that if they did not do as I asked I would lodge a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I simply want an apology and a refund. That is all. I would accept an upgraded order (a larger flag; better quality material at no additional charge), but I would prefer a full refund.

Review: I ordered a flag - order no. [redacted] on July *, 2015 to be sent to my son. I was charged $24 for the 3 x 5 flag plus shipping and it came out of my [redacted] debit account. It has never been received and it's been over 2 months. They have their money - my son doesn't have the flag. I tried calling and once got a recording and now the phone is out of service. The online chat is not responding and I'm unable to submit and e-mail because it won't go through to them. It's pretty poor service and I have had no problems with them in the past. Review: I placed my order on July *, and paid for shipping, at which time I was promptly charged $40.35, by American Flags. Nine days later, on July **, I received an email saying that my flag was no longer in stock and that I could upgrade to a $49 flag or downgrade to a $20 flag. I called the number given to me in an email three times before someone answered. I gave her my order number, and she told me the flag I ordered was out of stock and that I could upgrade or downgrade, (as the email stated) I expressed to her my unhappiness about being charged 9 days earlier for a flag that they never had, and I suggested that they upgrade my order and THEY pay the additional $9 for my inconvenience. She said that was not an option. I then told her I was interested in the downgrade to the $20 flag with a refund of the remaining amount of $20.35. She told me my refund would be $12. I reminded her, that my account was charged $40.35 (with shipping) on the [redacted], for a flag that they never had, and that my refund should be $20.35 because the downgrade flag, was only $20. She said she could only refund me $12, because the rest was shipping. I asked then, if it would be here in the 2-3 business days or if it would be an additional 2-3 weeks. She responded by saying they had 30,000 orders and it would take a while to be processed. Then I asked why that was, if the flags I was being offered were in stock, to which she replied, again, that there were 30,000 orders. I asked her why the site was still selling those flags, if they were unavailable, and she ignored my question and asked if I wanted to upgrade. At the same time I was speaking with her, I was on the American Flags web page, where I was able to see that both the upgrade and downgrade flags she was offering me, were both marked as "out of stock". I asked her why they were offering to sell me flags, again, that weren't in stock, and she said to me "did you hear what I said, there are 30,000 orders" I told her that I wanted to speak with a [redacted], to which she replied "you're not listening to me, I'll just refund the full amount," then she immediately hung up. I attempted to call her back to remedy the situation, but she would not answer the phone. I should have been able to at least get a cancellation confirmation number. This company is very unprofessional, and I believe that what they are doing (charging customers for merchandise they really don't have) could be considered fraud.Desired Settlement: I want the full amount I paid, refunded as quickly as they took it. I would also like an apology phone call from the poorly trained, rude customer service department.

As we have indicated on our site on every confederate flag page and also on the shipping page of our site and on our phone message since June [redacted]: Please be advised that due to unprecedented demand for our confederate flags, shipping may take several weeks. We do, however, have them in stock and orders will be shipped in the order they are received. We have this note on the site because we received several thousand more orders than we typically receive and as such, fulfillment is not as quick as we typically provide. Orders are shipping on a daily basis in the order they are received. The most recent shipment of 2 x 3 ft nylon confederate flags we received from our manufacturer was damaged and as such we asked [redacted] if he would like to change his order to a lightweight polyester confederate flag or a higher grade nylon or if he would like to cancel his order and r eceive a full refund. He became very belligerent with our customer service representative who was patiently trying to explain the situation. As he was becoming more heated during the conversation, the customer service representative simply refunded him in full and cancelled his order, which she told him and which we emailed him on July [redacted] to the email address he provided on his order form.

I ordered a few flags from the website for my home, office and parents home. The flags were better quality than what I was able to get in the big box stores and were very reasonable priced. I am picky about my American flag and its proper etiquette and display. I couldn't be any happier with the flags quality.

The Flag Makers quickly produced my design for 2 flags and sent it to me in Georgia. No hassles, no problems, just professional service and a quality product. I recommend them to anyone needing special flags designed.

Review: I ordered two flags from AmericanFlags.com on 06/**/2015 for a total of $71.00. I received an email from this company verifying my order and the delivery date was 5-7 days. It is exactly one month since I have made the purchase and I still have not received my order. I have attempted to contact the seller numerous times at the phone number listed on their website and continually get a recording stating due to a high volume of requests for the particular flag I ordered are behind on deliveries and also stating they are closed. I have called them numerous times before the stated closing time on their website. I received and another email today from a Melanie Y[redacted] stating the flag I ordered is no longer in stock and offering a upgrade to a larger flag. They only mentioned refunding the money for the flag that is out of stock.
