We had contacted the customer on 7/** regarding his order. Due to the overwhelming number of orders, emails and phone calls we could not connect with the customer. We have refunded the customer in full for $37.49 and cancelled his order.

I called the cops and notified them I never received it, I don't know what happened to the flag I ordered but I don't have it! this company has never called me back after leaving multiple messages! Its not fair I am going to be charged monthly for something I never received!

[redacted] emailed us a grainy image of a dirty car and is expecting us to pay for damages he alleges were caused by flag fabric from one of our car flags. This is crazy on a variety of levels, but the most striking one would be that if he had installed the car flag correctly on his vehicle, the...

fabric wouldn't be touching the car - neither the window nor the door. Additionally, there is nothing on the fabric itself that would cause any film. We will not be refunding [redacted] for his purchase or his car repairs.

Review: Placed an order, #[redacted], Jun **, 2015, flag was received on July **, 2015. Flag was not acceptable in design of overall appearance, even though company states that all flags are "All American Made", this flag had a tag stating "Made in China'. I have requested "return authorization" both by e mail, and phone calls, but all go un answered. Basically, I wish to return the flag, and receive a refund for this purchase. Review: On 6-**-15 I placed an online order with the company. Their shipping policy stated 5-7 days. They have not provided any tracking information as to the status of the order. I made two inquiries as to the order status through their online contact page. Neither inquiry was responded to. American Flags was excellent. Wonderful communication, very professional, and very responsive. The selection of website was great, the prices were better than expected. I'd been looking to make an investment for some time but he helped me find the right one. I like that they worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted. I can say that his staff is awesome! I recommend them to everyone.

Review: I order this product and right after I order it. I realized I ordered the wrong size. With in 3 minutes, I tried to call them and no one answered. I left a message. I also tried to do the instant message and no one was available. I then sent them an email request them to cancel my order. I didn't receive any response that day. I received a response the next day telling me they do not refund at all once an order is place. I told them to cancel the order and they refused. They also charge me shipping when it clearly states on there website that any order over $50 was free shipping. I copied it from the website below.

1) Choose to receive a smaller flag; we have 3’x5’ Nylon Confederate flags that cost $49.00 so you would receive a credit.

2) Choose to receive the 4’x6’ Lightweight Polyester flag, which costs $42.00 so you would get a credit.

3) Choose to have your Confederate flag refunded in full

However in August received an email stating the product was no longer available and I could either upgrade or get a refund. Review: We ordered on July *, 2015, I called two weeks later and was told they had alot of orders to fill and would fill the orders as they came in. One month later I received an email saying the flags we ordered were out of stock and we would have to upgrade to another one or downgrade. Review: The mounting braket for the flag pole is made of a light metal that is just stamped to make. It is not strong enoigh to hold the flag pole up when there is a mild wind blowing. Here is our response to [redacted]’s complaint:

[redacted] called AmericanFlags.com on June [redacted] and spoke with [redacted] regarding the Deluxe Home Flag Kit he purchased on June **, 2014. He complained about the bracket bending. [redacted] asked if the bracket had arrived damaged or had a defect, and if so could he please send us an image of the damage so that we could show the manufacturer and replace the defective part. [redacted] said that the bracket wasn’t broken, but was not strong enough to hold the pole up in the wind and he wanted a stronger bracket. [redacted] explained to [redacted] that the bracket that came in his kit is the only one we have specifically for that particular kit. We had several different categories of flag sets and if he was noticing that the flag set he purchased was not compatible with the volatility of weather he wanted to fly it in (in this case a windy climate), he needed to exchange his kit for a heavier duty flag set, as the one he purchased originally does not sound like it is compatible with the volatile weather he wants to fly it in. [redacted] offered to send [redacted] an RMA number so that he could exchange for a heavier duty set. [redacted] replied that he was going to file a Revdex.com complaint. We were then, and are still, happy to send [redacted] information to return or exchange his flag set.
