I am rejecting this response because: AmeriGas is failing to acknowledge the full issue nor did I agree to pay $ When we last spoke to the Manager they said they would switch the tank out and waive the tank rental and late fees The $fee was never discussed I am reverting back to my original request for them to come get this tank - waive all fees - clear my account with the credit bureaus and collection agencies that they reported me to and to never contact me again They are not good business partners/ they have no integrity and take advantage of their customers in an unfair manner Furthermore they sent me another bill today for a completely different amount from previous amounts discussedThank you

I received an email from Amerigas stating my monthly budget payment was increasing from $to $starting the end of March The indicate the reason for the increase to avoid any high pay-off at the end of the seasonI cannot afford this increase and would like to keep my current monthly paymentI have always made my monthly payments and have always settled up without issueI only have one job and make the same money every monthCurrently, I have used less propane than other years -- therefore, I will not have a large settpayment -- making this current increase unacceptable and invalid

I just called Amerigas in Litchfield CT to request a propane refill The big noreaster has knocked out the power in most of the area and the utility service says we will not be back up for at least more days! Amerigas wants a $delivery fee to fill my tank as their offices will not be open until Monday This is blatant price gouging during a serious time of need all over the area They know they have no power and are holding me hostage!!!

I have been their customer for years - finally had enough!!! Highest price in the StateEvery time I called four different people gave me completely different answers! It was -degrees and I got a delivery date but had to wait weeks cuz they were busyspace heaters to keep my pipes from freezing
Hire temp drivers in theses situations, train your operatorsWhen I closed account, Ameri Gas did not come and pick up their disconnected, and ready to go tank for weeksBlocking a parking spot at my house and tree limbsThey billed me months later for stating it was my fee for the pick up of their own tankWell my fee for sy service, inconveniencing me with their tank in the way for over weeks use of my property to store the tank for weeks is now 221.04! Stay away from this company

This company had delivered dollars worth of propane to us late last year in We called back to receive another dollars worth of propane because we are almost outWe do not intend on living at this address for much longer so all we wanted was dollars worth since all we do is cook with itbut they told us that they can't give us dollars worth and that we would have to pay at least dollars for half a tankWe do not want to invest dollars worth of propane when we're going to be moving hopefully very soon but they refuse to come out and give us dollars worth even though we purchased dollars worth just last year with no problemAll these people want are more money out of us and now we're going to be out of propane and won't be able to cook because of them

We were satisfied with our propane company for years, but then AmerGas bought themAfter increasing the price for propane numerous times, we decided to switch to a different propane company which had much lower pricesIn July I made the switch and told AmeriGas to pick up their tankI called repeatedly for them to pick up the tank but it is now late December and they still haven'tThey should be paying me storage!

I am rejecting this response because:
Since Sawyer Gas, Amerigas would not respond to my numerous request to move their tank away from the ignition source, I was forced to pay out of my own pocket $to have another company in order remove Sawyer, Amerigas's equipment.
The propane on my property runs only a hot water heaterI purchased a new hot water heater because the old one was very close to not workingI was informed by a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician that Sawyer, Amerigas's propane tank was too close to the ignition source and would have to be moved before they could connect it in for serviceI called *** week prior to the installation of the new hot water heater to schedule the moveThe day of the installation, but not connected for service, of the hot water heater I had not received a call back from Sawyer, Amerigas so I called them backI plead my story to them again letting them know that my old hot water heater was close to quittingThey informed me the would have some one call me back that day to schedule the move of the gallon tank and install the new gallon tank away from the ignition sourceThe call never came and our old hot water heater quit workingI called Sawyer,Amerigas over and over trying to get them out to helpI beg and pleaded with themMy wife spoke with them but to no avail.
I contacted the new gas company to come install a tank 10' away from the ignition source so that me, my wife, and year old daughter could take a hot showerUnfortunately the law states that the new gas company must call SawyerAmerigas and give them hours to disconnect before the could install their equipment and connect the new hot water heater.
So my family and I were without hot water for over daysOur new gas company helped move sawyers gallon tank away from the ignition source but like I said I was forced to pay $because Sawyer, Amerigas would not respond to my many calls for helpOur account was cancelled by our new company when they called and gave Sawyer, Amerigas a hour disconnect notice and again by my wife when they failed to even return our callsBut just this week, even after we have had service now for over weeks with our new gas company, Sawyer, Amerigas withdrew $from our account stating we owed them tank rental.
Basically what we need to be made whole is
1: A full refund of the $that Sawyer, Amerigas took/stole out of our bank account without our permission.
2: A full refund on the 75% full tank of propane120-gallons x = 90-gallons
90-gallons x $per gallon = $3: A payment of $I had to pay another company inorder to do the job Sawyer, Amerigas said they would do, but never did.
I can not quantify the utter disappointment I felt by the sever lack of customer service Sawyer, Amerigas deliveredNor can I quantify the lack of running hot water in my home for over days all because Sawyer, Amerigas would not fulfill a customers simple request.
Bottom line is $I will need payed back to me inorder to be whole financially.

I live on the westside of town in a neighborhood in jax flWe purchased a house here years ago and all the homes are connected to gas tank manned by *** *** companyOur bill run from to $a month on average for the past yearsTheir reason was that we have a gas water heater and so that caused the high chargesSo we switched the water heater to JEA, turned off the furnace that they turned on when we moved in under the assumption that it was supposed to be that way or we would have to call them for an additional charge to turn it onSo we left that runningWe realized after years that we can actually shut it off ourselves, so we didBill is still exeemely high$a month and over They gave us a credit of over $in January as they said they made a mistake in their bilingWithin a month, they wiped out the account and took every penny back

We have been loyal customers of AmeriGas for several years They service/fill our gallon propane tank in Berthoud, COWe have contracted them as routed, rather than will-call, customers, which means they are to monitor or tank and fill it on an as-needed basisWe were contacted by AmeriGas in early to tell us that our tank was completely empty and they would need access to our home prior to re-filling to check for any leaksI set an appointment and met with their tech on April 19, He completed his safety check saying that there were no problems and proceeded to fill the tankI asked him how it had gotten to empty in the first place seeing as though we are on the routed schedule for auto-fill and he informed me that they had been short-staffed for the past four months and had gotten behind

I went to cancel my account with Amerigas propane and they informed me I would have to pay them to come get their gas tankwhen I told them that they can come pick it up or not they informed that if I didn't pay the tank pickup fee they would then charge me for a rental feeThis seems so wrong to charge a fee to be able to cancel and account
