A letter was sent to Ms [redacted] 's billing address on June 26th, The response says that we stopped offering the unlimited plan for sell in November of We did let customers keep that plan active under most circumstances We did change Ms [redacted] 's plans according to the terms and conditions she agreed to We hope this answers any additional questions

Ms***'s payment was received and posted on December 21st The late fee has been charged well before this time On December 29th, this payment was returned to C Spire for non-sufficient funds Therefore, there will be no refund of late fees Ms***'s account is past due at this time

This customer uses over GB of data every month C Spire will not be refunding any money nor releasing this customer from their contracts If this customer wishes to port out their numbers to another carrier, they will be responsible for the Early Termination Fees
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Ther terms of the iPad was not fully disclosedI was unaware that the iPad would be considered a 2nd lineI was unaware of the account being closed after contacting cspire for another issueThe representative then informed us that we wouldn't see the iPad on our current login or bill as it was a 2nd accountThe matter was escalated but never resolvedI understand that this was the only complaint answeredThe initial reason for the complaints was due to the service issues in which cspire recommended the indoor cell tower after it was disclosed that an outside party was being used for data purposesI was informed that I use that party's wifi given that cspire service was not working due to the areaOver the years we have continued to call regarding service issues to which most of the responses have been to get a new phone given that the phones were not meant to have a life span more than yearsCspire should provide clear answers to all questions in tr complaintWe are aware of the iPad charges but that was only after months of nonpaymen due to misleading informationPlease provide an answer to all concerns regarding the lack of service at our home location along, the resolution agree upon for the iPad along with the reason for suggesting hat we use a 3rd party service to assist with cspire's service Regards, [redacted] ***
This customer lives in the Memphis area and this area is a 3G area C Spire does not have 4G in the Memphis area
This customer contacted C Spire to request a Final bill showing a zero balance and to request to have his iPhone devices unassigned/ unlocked from C Spire This customer's bill closes on the 25th of each month When this customer's bill closed on January 25, 2017, this customer owed C Spire $ This customer made a payment for this amount on January 31, When this customer's bill closed on Saturday, February 25, 2017, it showed a zero balance C Spire cannot randomly generate a bill showing a zero balance until the billing cycle closes

Ms [redacted] is still on the same rate plan However, when a customer has a device that is not under contract, that rate plan is discounted by $per month We apologize if there was a misunderstanding over the fact that the plan would not change When Ms [redacted] purchased her new phone, it was at no cost and under a new year agreement We would be glad to allow Ms [redacted] to return that phone and have her old phone activated This will restore the $per month discount
C Spire does not have a record of this conversation since it took place in one of our stores We did send the receipt to Ms [redacted] via email However, due to the fact that we do not have Ms***'s signature, we are willing to waive this charge Ms [redacted] currently has a $ balance If she will pay $321.50, C Spire will credit the difference We hope this is offer is acceptable

The devices that Mr [redacted] had active before he disconnected service were purchased with an agreement to keep them active for years Therefore, when he disconnected, he was charged early termination fees C Spire made a good faith effort of agreeing to waive these charges if he would return the devices There are also past due charges on the account that need to be paid as well He can make arrangements with [redacted] at 601- [redacted] to return the devices and we will confirm his credit at that time
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was not okay with it but since I had no choice in the matter cause it was obvious I was being screwed over in the matter and the supervisor who called me on the phone after the fact stated that Cspire would send me a phone the same as mine's since the phone I sent them had already been refurbished..So I said okay and I would like that phone sent to me I had no choice but to accept the matter since it was obvious that I had got a bad deal on the matterThe supervisor that she would send me a replacement phone like the one I turned in since the one I traded in had already been processedSo I am still waiting on the replacement phone..And soon as my contract is up Cspire will NO LONGER have my business Regards, [redacted] ***
