Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I went with another carrier They require me to turn in the phone to them for the process of buying me out of my contract I just want my account to have a zero balance and let all other issues be forgotten It has been nothing but a headache since April Regards, [redacted]
This customer can use the booster that was sent to him thus resolving his coverage issueC Spire will not be refunding any money nor releasing this customer from their contracts If this customer wishes to port out their numbers to another carrier, they will be responsible for the Early Termination Fees

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I do not believe the signal booster being sent to me is because I am a valued customerI believe the signal booster is being sent due to the weight-full influence of the Revdex.com Office.The simple action of placing a item in the mail, could have been done by C-Spire months ago, but rather C-Spire chose NOT to take this simple action, but rather allow me to pay a monthly service bill, and deny myself the service I am paying for, until someone of "greater significance" intervened.The fact that I had to ask someone else to assist on the issue is and "annoyance", at the leastYet had I not asked, the fact remains, and will continue to remain a mystery of how long this issue would have continued by my service provider?I want to be released from my obligations from C-Spire wireless, allowed to select another service provider, and reimbursed for payments made for services only partially provided.An offer of the above nature, inclusive of all three aspects, that offer will resolve my complaint.I will be awaiting an offer of such nature from C-Spire.Regards, [redacted] ***
C Spire sold Mr [redacted] this phone on a device payment plan in good faith with a purchase done through the web We will mail him an additional copy with the proof of process

Mr [redacted] purchased his Galaxy on a device payment plan This is financing of a device over a period of time with no interest In order to upgrade early from a device payment plan and not pay out the remainder owed, our customers can trade in the device they financed If that device has been replaced under warranty, then the device that was replaced can be traded If Mr [redacted] will trade in the Galaxy that we gave him as a warranty device, we will not bill him for the remainder of the device payment plan
they have filed a warranty claim with out my knowledge or consentI will not be going to a store location on Thursday because of thisI will be contacting a lawyer at this pointThey are not allowing me to cancel the warranty order and it is being shipped to an address that regularly has things with that are deliveredI in no way shape or form approved this order Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]
Due to Ms. ***'s long time loyalty to C Spire, we are forgoing any investigation and have credited her account $100.00. We hope this resolves the matter.
We totally understand this and this is why we are willing to waive the early fees with the return of the equipment These devices were sold to Ms [redacted] well below C Spire's cost In order to recoup that investment, we offer this with a month term If this term is broken for any reason, we are still out the cost of the equipment This is why we need the equipment back or we need to collect the fee
C Spire will get this money moved It will increase Ms***'s balance when the amount is debited back to her account We should have this done by 8/

If a customer suspends their line it does not stop the billing. Suspending a line/ mobile number only stops an individual from using the line but the mobile number itself is still active. If a customer wishes to not receive any subsequent bills then they will need to disconnect their... line instead of suspending it.
Ms. [redacted] 's service was past due at the time. There were 2 outstanding bills. The text message is a courtesy to avoid interruption of service. If Ms. [redacted] will pay each bill on or before the due date there should be no issues. We will not be honoring the... request for any refunds.
Mr [redacted] is incorrect in his assessment C Spire does not throttle speeds on data services The next time he feels his speed is not up to the norm, he should call our customer care center at 855CSPIREto file a technical complaint
