I do not agree with their policy

C Spire has already agreed to let this customer out of their contracts Customer will have to return the devices in good working condition

Mr***'s balance has been reduced to $ We will contact him regarding returning his phones

Ms *** has accounts with C Spire One of the accounts has an aged balance of $ Ms*** signed and agreed that she could be charged if there was a problem found that was not caused by the device However, due to her long term patronage, we will offer to credit her
aged balance if she will take this as a settlement for the complaint

C Spire's technical group has worked closely with Ms*** We have confirmation that top up purchases have been made from our Ms***'s phone based on the need to continue to use data We see no issue in this case If Ms*** can produce the text messages she is referring
to, we will consider it further

C Spire stands by its original statement The software loaded on android devices by the manufacturers is specific for those carriers

When Mr*** disconnected his account in November of 2015, one of his phones was under a promotional offer contract By disconnecting this line early, he was charged $in early termination fees Bills were sent to the address on record of *** *** *** *** ** ***
Mr*** paid the remaining balance on February 26, and now has a $balance

Ms*** is welcome toeither change to the 6GB rolling data plan or she is also free to select amongC Spire’s service plans to accommodate her desired usageC Spire’s data management tools empower thecustomer with rolling data plans (up to theplan’s monthly limit), data balance checks at datapass.cspire.com, dataoverage protection and purchase of additional data using Optional Data Top UpPassesMs*** can make an informed choiceamong plans whose terms are transparent and clearly stated

C Spire attempted to port Ms***'s home phone over However, a number has to be active in order to port it *** reported that the number was inactive when we requested it Over the time it was active, there was $billed for that device Even if a phone isn't
completely ported in, it can be used for outbound calls This was the case the first month There was also a credit of $issued at one point due to these problems Taking all of this into account, C Spire will credit Ms*** $

I am rejecting this response because: I was informed of this promotional program and I ask at the time of discontinuing this plan what was my required payment and informed by the Cspire representative I owed Cspire $somethingI never received any bill until I received the letter for collection

I am rejecting this response because: I, *** *** was NOT given a written response to a plan changeCSPIRE stated that their unlimited service ended Novthat is I was still under my unlimited data with both of my lines in June and July I was told by a cspire supervisor on the phone that the company did not think people would use so much data when they 1st began the unlimited data service so now that people are they are changing the plansI DONT believe it is fair to change my plan because I used data that was included in an unlimited planI have lost money due to cspire changing my data plan and business.

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this because my phones were not disconnected in October due to non-payment of the billI had paid the bill and had been doing so at that point monthlyThe phones were disconnected because cspire made an error when attempting to correct their prior mistake when I had returned my phones per their instructionsI honestly do not mind paying the bill that was owed from October, but they removed my ability to even use the phones from November forwardI fail to see how a person who was regularly paying her bill, can be faulted and her account terminated for the mistake of the carrierI will pay the fees that I owe for the cost of the ipad and the iphone5, but I was not under contract for anything else according to cspire themselves when I started my account; but the devices.

C Spire regrets if there was any information incorrectly shared The Indoor Cell Zones are very costly pieces of equipment In order to provide one at no costs, our customer has to be on a plan that has a contractual obligation or a long track record with our company
Unfortunately, Mr*** doesn't fit either of these criteria We can provide one for the cost of $or we can convert Mr*** to a post paid account with a contractual obligation Due to the fact that there was confusion, we will be glad to refund Mr*** any costs he may have had to make to purchase equipment if he would like to return his phones and disconnect

I am rejecting this response because: tethering was available at no charge until Windows became available and new software was available for download to iPhonesThis was purposefully done in order to flag CSpire so they can block tethering and hold your internet ransom until you pay the feeThis is also not the main issue I have with CSpireMy service has had issues with working with each phone purchasedTheir solution is to get another phoneI make outgoing calls to friends and family and I am connected to the Verizon wireless networkWhile incoming family and friends get connected to a lady name *** when they dial my numberWhen I place a call to customer care a ticket is usually created with no follow throughThroughout the six years of service I have been lied to in order to try and get me out of my grandfathered plan (the call was reviewed and they had to reinstate a similar plan), repeatedly called for six to nine months trying to get them to take the insurance charge off of my bill only to be charged when I was told each time I called that it had been removed for them then to reimburse me for three months even though there was proof I had called previously in the records and most recently called to see why I had paid down my bill and it was remaining high and no customer care representative could tell me why because it wasn't available yetWhile creating this ticket, I inquired about my poor connection and tetheringMy internet buffers and I have bad quality phone service due to the prior reported incidents with routingI simply asked why should I stay their customer? Come to find out, two days later, it was tethering charges where my daughter and I tried to exit out of tethering by pushing xI was charged $in one minuteTethering is $20/1GBThey removed $60, but refused the last $to be removedI asked if they could prove I used it, then I would pay itI was told that I need a data report that I have to pay for which will not tell the difference between data on the phone and data through tetheringI have also been told that there is no way I have the connectivity issues that I have because no one else doesYou can Google and see for yourself

The charge that Ms*** is disputing was placed on a credit card not on a C Spire account She should dispute the charge with the credit card company C Spire has waived the early termination fee of $
