C Spire offers a day guarantee to try our service Ms*** exercised this option on December 24th and this matter should be resolved

We contacted this customer and and this customer was on the GB plan for $for lines This customer have iPhone devices with insurance on of the lines We have advised the customer of the promos and credits pending on his account

Had Ms***'s plan change gone in as she had wished on 1/17, her bill that closed on 1/would have had a charge for $for the mobile *** Instead, it was billed $140.Her plan was changed correctly on 1/ Therefore, her bill that came out on 2/reflected a net charge
for this same number of $due to the fact that the charges had been reduced and there was a partial month credit Had her plan changed on time, this would have been charge of $65.As a result, this line was billed $for these months and should have been billed $ Therefore, a credit of $plus taxes and fees are being credited to her account The total credit is $ We hope this resolves this matter

C Spire has informed Ms*** multiple times that if she will pay the $738.80, the remainder will be creditedThis offer remains

Revdex.com:
Within hours of my posting my complaint to the Revdex.com my phone was unlocked and I was able to
move my service to another provider Due to the speed at which this occurred, I assumed it was due to the Revdex.com intervention on my behalf I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, yet the problem has been resolved to my satisfaction.

We will not be sending this customer another device for the one traded in to C Spire This customer agreed to the traterms and conditions online and submitted her device for that amount

Ms***'s letter was mailed to her billing address on November 12th, giving her days notice according to our terms We are crediting her early termination fees and our offer still stands for the balance

Customer's service was interrupted for non-payment Customer will be responsible for the charges

C Spire was able to get Ms*** in a replacement phone on October 29th We hope this resolves the matter

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

This customer's line officially disconnected from C Spire on April 4, after their final bill closed out The manual check request process usually takes 6-weeks after the final bill closes out This customer's check is scheduled to be printed on 5/17/

Ms*** purchased an iPad in February of on a device installment plan It was on a separate account because her account was not eligible to add another device No payment was ever paid on the account and it was eventually disconnected As a result, the full cost of the device
was charged. At this point, Ms*** wants us to send her an indoor cell zone which has a cost to C Spire of $ We will not be sending her that device until she pays the write off account for the iPad That balance is $

This customer owes C Spire a total of $1,We contacted this customer and reviewed the billing balance with her and explained that she will most likely not be receiving the $credit from Sprint that she was expecting considering her Early Termination Fees for the two lines that she
ported out was only a total of $ That would still leave her with a past due balance of $that she’d have to pay to restore service for those lines and the remaining lines on the account

We have been working directly with Mr*** and have changed his plans

When C Spire sells a phone to a customer it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty In order to check and ensure that the phone is warrantiable, it needs to be shipped to C Spire's central processing center This is shipped by the customer and the postage is not covered under the
warranty Ms*** can go to CSpire.com and log in to manage her account This will guide her through a process that instructs her how to process a warranty

I am rejecting this response because: I'm quite aware the Moto X Pure is an android device Manufacturers only load specific applications (bloatware) for the phones for different carriers There isn't software loaded to tell the phone how to pick a network The APN settings and modem do all of that for you

I am rejecting this response because:all sales reps at all stores have been saying it will be active shortly and that has been for five years multiple people have voiced they do not want tonswi CJ unless they will have LTE and they mislead the customers into believing the service will be available shortly This is the largest market area that this company has a presence in and they reject the customers who carry this business financially

On November 26, 2016, this customer upgraded his old device and purchased another device (LG G5) This customer had an early upgrade fee of $because this customer was still under contract on his previous/ old device Furthermore, this customer added Choice Warranty to this new device
which costed $This customer billed all of these charges to his C Spire account and it was reflected on the customer's December 22, bill This customer's bill amount for December, was $which included the early upgrade charge, Choice Warranty amount, and his regular monthly rate plan amounts/ charges for his mobile numbers/ lines Furthermore, this customer had a past due amount of $owed from his November, bill As of 1/20/this customer owes C Spire a total of $ His last payment was a partial payment on November 26, in the amount of $ This customer has another bill that closes out on 1/22/ The amount owed to C Spire will be even greater The charges are correct and this customer owes C Spire this money

This customer's device has already been unlocked

I am rejecting this response because it doesn't correlate with my initial issue regarding the billing
issue/dispute Additionally, I have not been contacted regarding the matter I have had to pay the over-charges to ensure that my cellular lines would not be dis-activated Thus, irrespective of whether it's been paid or not my complaint still stands and I am seeking resolution to the matter
