C Spire will provide Ms*** with an indoor cell zone We will just need assurances that she will return it should she disconnect service with C Spire
Ms*** has phones on her account In looking at usage history, one phone has average usage, one phone has below average usage, and one phone would be categorized as heavy usage There does not appear to be a problem with any of these If there is a problem with one of these
devices, she is welcome too take advantage of the warranty process This has already been discussed with Ms*** Based on the volume of usage, C Spire does not feel that it owes Ms*** any refund for service As stated before, we will be glad to warranty her phone out if it meets the criteria Ms*** was not provided a hotspot with her agreement to keep it active for years on a rate plan This separate account has now been disconnected for non-payment C Spire also needs to collect for the outstanding balance on this account
Clearly they are not reading my FULL COMPLAINTFor the last days I have not even been able to receive phone callsIt is NOT JUST ABOUT 4GI HAVE ACCEPTED THE 4G NOT BEING IN MEMPHIS BUT THAT IS NOT MY FULL COMPLAINT.

MsHolcomb's bill cycle with C Spire closes each month on the 4th Every month, customers are bill for the upcoming cycle Due to the fact that this amount is fully billed, C Spire provides this service through the closing date of the cycle If a phone is disconnected during this
time period, C Spire either keeps that number active or provides a temporary number in order to supply service for that time This is spelled out in C Spire's terms and conditions that are agreed upon by our customers

I am rejecting this response because: When I received this message, I immediately called Transunion to verify this informationThat stated that the ONLY way to remove this unauthorized hard inquiry is to have CSpire to write a letter of deletion and provide a copy to me to send to TransunionAll representatives that I've spoken with at Transunion claim that CSire has not contacted them at allI would really appreciate if we could move forward with the proper procedure that Transunion is asking for to finally resolve this issueCSpire, please type a brief statement with approval to remove the unauthorized hard inquiry from your company made in August 2015; forward me a copy of this signed statement to my email ***@outlook.comThank you

We regret if Ms*** was given inconsistent information However, the $per month credit is not available on older unlimited plans It is only available on currently sold plans If Ms*** wishes to purchase an iPhone 7, we will be glad to offer an additional $credit to her
bill for the confusion
In reviewing this case, we found that we changed this plan at the authorization of the user in the store We also found some issues causing problems with the batter life on the phone We recommended the repair center for the repair of the screen on a totally different device
However, due to the fact that it was requested that the plan change be cancelled, we will agree to that and have it done
Mr*** ported his phones on May 2, C Spire had already billed him for service through the end of his next bill cycle which closed on May 25th, C Spire continued to provide service on alternate numbers until that date These charges are approximately $ Mr
*** owes $ The remainder of these charges are for early termination fees and past due amounts If Mr*** will pay $525, we will credit the difference
When working with Ms*** it was determined that there was poor coverage at her address She has since ported her numbers to another carrier We will be glad to waive any early termination fees if she will return the devices she purchased at a discounted price
Mr***'s refund was added to the C Spire's refund processing list on This is months after the disconnect which is our policy to ensure no other charges come through Mr*** should have received his refund check by now We apologize for the delays in getting

I am rejecting this response because: I have been dealing with this issue for a while now with no co operation or resolve from this companyThey have given me misleading information with no substantial paperwork behind it, I was told to just trust them They said I didn't turn the phone in when in actuality I did, I just recently went into a branch on highway Jackson ms and spoke to the manager there *** ***, very nice guy who to me may have restored my faith in this companyI outlined every detail of the situation to him he did some research and came back and told me that my phone intact was showing as returned in the systemHe told me he took care of all the extra charges that they previously agree to take care of but refused but I owed my last months bill which was $(receipt attached)I paid there and he told me my account is now cleared of all charges and I will get a final statement showing that I no longer have a balance in the mail.I greatly appreciate the time *** took to deligently handle the situation but I can't help but to ask for an apology and some form of customer appreciation incentiveI would like to switch back over to cspire and pick up my old contract

Whenever a customer changes devices on their line and it is not via an upgrade or activation then there is a $processing fee If a customer log into their C Spire online account then they can see their call detail information for that line Furthermore, all of the details related to C Spire's Unlimited plan are as follows via the following link http://www.cspire.com/shop_and_learn/plans/#/This customer's line is still active with C Spire Customers can suspend or disconnect their line via C Spire's website Is this customer trying to disconnect this line?
