I have tried open communication with the company representativesI always get told I will get called back at end of day or at this moment I was supposed to get an update on Thursday it is now Monday and have not heard anything from the buisnessI will not call the company again as I have called almost every day for weeks and have never received a straight answerI was told I would receive a call Thursday and have notAccording to the contract they have until Friday to have my stuff here yes but the way of going about these days is rediculous.

This company states that "customer service is our utmost concern". In order to have good customer service, communication is requiredIf I had been told that I needed to contact the carrier by Apollo, then I certainly would have done soBut I was not told this, I was lied to, I was put on hold and forgot about and my phone calls were not answered. The last time I tried to contact this company, the phone was not answered. I asked my daughter to call from her phone and the call was answered on the first ringWhat does this say about good customer serviceEvidently, my phone number was rejected. All I wanted was an answer to my problemI did not receive an answer, but given the run aroundI am not pursuing this further, but want others to know NOT to use this company for moving

I called and booked a move last Thursday 6/**/for a pick up on Monday 6/**/or Tuesday 6/**/from *** to *** on a truck coming out of ***, ** After I was quoted a price I paid a deposit to hold my pick up I was told I would get a phone call from the driver 24-hours out from either day to finalize my pick up, so I waited through the weekend for a phone call that I never received On Monday I started calling to see when the time frame would be I kept getting told that they are trying to contact the driver and get him to call to give a hour window of when he would be picking up my house hold goods I also was getting told as soon as he calls the company they would call me, so I waited all day Monday with no phone calls or pick up Tuesday I started calling again at am and kept getting blown off and kept getting the run aroundI was finally able talk to a dispatch manager at about pm only to find out that the driver took to long on the job in *** and he wasn't able to pick up my house hold goods The dispatch manager says he called other carriers in *** and *** and nobody wanted to take the move Now I am left in a bind to get a *** truck tomorrow as I have the carpet cleaners coming tomorrow and my land lord is doing a final walk through of my house on Thursday when I get out of the army, so I can relocate to *** Also I was told by the agent who was scheduling my move that he would be there for anything from the date of scheduling to the drop off date, and I sent him a email and I got no response from him

As stated in the formal response to my complaint, the moving company reports that I was charged for cubic feet of cargo (which I believe is an accurate representative of the amount of property we moved)At the stated rate of $2.94, that totals $1,If you add the $packing fee, then I should have been charged $2,Including stated Fuel surcharge of $121, that equals $2,totalHowever, I was charged over $2,800, which I believe is $more than what we should have been charged, based on the math listed aboveIn addition, I am disputing the $packing fee that we were charged, as all of our property had been pre-packaged and was ready to be loadedThe only thing the movers had to do was put two box springs in bags, which should not have cost us $I believe this money should be refunded back to us (which is included in the $I have requested above)

Please see attached signed contractThe client was serviced for their moveThe client paid as per the terms of the quote they agreed to and we have answered the client every time they have called to try to make their move experience as smooth as possibleThe client had additional items therefore the additional charges and the client had the opportunity to cancel the move at any point but choose not toWe accommodated her long distance move on less than a weeks notice and did our part to make the move a success The service was provided so there is no refund due

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING APOLLO RELOCATION SERVICES!!!!!
The move ended up being $400+ more that we were quoted
The semi-truck arrived at the drop off days late
Items were so SEVERELY DAMAGED that they went straight to the dumpster...Including items that we paid for them to "safely package" and shipMANY items were no longer in the boxes, but instead rolling around in the back of the semi-trailer because the boxes were so grossly mishandled that they were crushed/split/ripped open
I AM SICKENED BY THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!!! NEVER HAVE I DEALT WITH A COMPANY THAT IS SO TERRIBLE!!!!

The reason I believe my complaint was not resolved is because I still feel like I was deceivedI feel like I was avoided moments after making that $paymentThe answer provided by the company does not address the items highlight in my initial complaint; it repeats the claims I said they had made (regarding when I called and how they claim they said they called me) and just follows that up with terms of contract.Like I said before, I did NOT call outside of business hoursI called DURING business hours and that was after I really had some time alone to myself to really sit down and read through the contractI felt like I was rushed during the signing process, I was at work and did not feel comfortable taking my time reviewing the contract word to word next to my coworkers and mangersI wanted to call back and cancel, it was only a couple of hours after making a payment. I called the NJ number and 1-number, and both transferred me to the same "queue" Apollo Relocation Services said they didWhen I talked to a representative over the phone on 9/**, I said I called and he said that sometimes agents are too busy and I just need to leave a voice messageI said it didn't even ring and that it went to an automated message with extension of "2015", and he said I might have got placed in a queueWell which is it? That's avoiding my callThat's not a good customer service.Regarding Apollo Relocation Services attempting to contact me on 9/10, again, there's no record on my end that shows Apollo Relocation Services calling me or leaving me a voice messageI've only received the email saying they tried to contact me, but that was the first time the company contacted me after the deposit was madeEveryone I talked to could not recall what I had said in the message that I have supposedly left in the "queue"It wouldn't be too far-fetched to assume that we wouldn't have talked at all if I hadn't called.Again, I feel like I was deceived during sales/on-board processIf I had known my calls don't get directed to a living, breathing representative during office hours moments after deposit is made, I would NOT have made the paymentIf I had known my number can be set up to automatically go to a certain extension after making a payment, I really would not have paid a penny for the serviceIf a representative picked up any of my unanswered calls placed DURING business hours, or if anyone had returned my call for the next couple of hours (still during business hours), I am certain he/she would have been able to refund my deposit without any hasslePlease, review your call logs, verify that I indeed called only a couple of hours after the initial deposit, and refund my depositThank you for taking your time to read my message

This Company is Online Fraud CompanyI booked for relocation from Orlando to NJ the quote and paid 500$ advance and they did not call u back until you till that date I call them to check for the status, they told me they will come only by mid nighton mid night around 11.35pm, rowdy to came my apartment they refuse to show the Id and asking for 2000$ + Advance as cash only to start loadingwe ask for reason they shoot against me and my wife trying to broke the my item in my house we called my neighbor immediately run away from the housenext day I call the customer support they they told that since I refused the serious the they told will not refund the advance

It is not true that the website clearly explains that you are a brokerThe website conveys that you "offer professional full-service moves" and shows an Apollo truckThe truck that arrived said "*** *** ***" and "***." To figure out that you are a broker, you have to read the fine print after scrolling to the bottom of the pageThe estimate is also confusing and should be re-written for clarity
Moreover, you did not address why Nicholas S*** gave me such a low estimate for my furniture even though I gave him dimensions of the furniture and did not have more items than were in the estimateI would like a proper explanation and a refund*** ***
