There are charges on my account from an online, Asian company selling clothing They company uses at least names and have many complaints on Social media about them (Yaever & 2SBest) I have not received any merchandise from them After reading the many scam comments about other customers not receiving merchandise, I tried to cancel my orders I emailed, texted and posted to their Facebook comments section at least a dozen times NO RESPONSE! These charges are on my Applied Bank VISA card I have been trying to reverse these charges for almost a month I called but was told they could not reverse or review over the phone and I would have to complete their dispute I would take at least business days to receive the form I immediately did so and faxed the completed forms to Applied Bank On June 14, 2018, I called the dispute department to inquire about the status of my reversed charge request Left a VM for [redacted] , the employee handling my dispute

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below MY CONCERNS GO DEEPER THAN MYSELF, I have been working on recovering from bankruptcy from the housing market in 2008..The reason I went to this type of card is because it was prepaid and I could build my credit backSo I did $business and $200personal I recently was trying to get a business loan , it was denied because of my applied cardDefaming and preying on small business owners can't be toleratedInstead of having Better credit , I have worst credit and paid to have it wrecked again Plus I can't even use the cards I wanted to buy Christmas with these overall and am so upset over this..I do have these cards unused and I can mail them to youUnfortunately my personal and business life have suffered I am a reasonable person a..this is terrible I would like my credit report restored my credit cards and my money back
