I moved into my home 10 years ago and the previous owners had EverDry water proof the basement 5 years previous to us moving in . EverDry offered us the warranty to be transferred into my name which was a relief to me as not many companies allow you to do this. I would recommend EverDry to anyone looking for basement work .I have not had a wet spot in my basement but would like to mention that my sub pump was sounding funny to me so I did call them and they sent someone out to look at it and without any questions they changed the pump. When I bought my home in 1987, it had severe water damage in the basement. Over the next few years, I had tried to seal the basement myself to prevent seepage and water damage from rainfall, but with no prevail. I finally gave in and sought estimates from various waterproofing professionals to waterproof my basement. EVERYDRY was the best in price by far. It has now been 20 years since EVERYDRY has waterproofed my basement, as well as installed a sump-pump and floor drains in case my washer overflows or a pipe breaks; which luckily has not happened, but the sump-pump and floor drains are there to prevent flooding and water damage in the event a pie does break. I have been fully satisfied with EVERYDRY, and have never had them to return to do any follow-up repairs or service. Having my basment waterproofed, reduced the cost of my home-owners insurance, as well as increased the value of home! I was very impressed with how they honoured the contract even when it involved more work than anticipated. Their follow up years later was also impressive. We had modified the drainage system inside the house and the fellows who came to the house were interested in why we did this and how to improve their product.

We had an excellent work force to waterproof our basement. Absolutely NO water. The basement is dry! The employees were hard workers and very polite. Everything was cleaned up. We can now travel without any worries, regarding the basement.

Everdry Waterproofing has been a great company to work with. Several years ago, my mother used Everdry to have her basement waterproofed. She kept up the contract each year. About a year and a half ago, she suffered a stroke and my husband and I moved in with her to take care of her. We noticed some mold growing on the west wall of the basement. We called Everdry and they quickly responded and took care of the problem. On another occasion, after a particularly heavy rainfall, we had some water in the basement. Again, they responded quickly. While they were here, they noticed the east basement wall needed additional reinforcement. Within days, they returned and reinforced the wall and ever since, we've had no more issues. I cannot speak highly enough for the courteous and prompt service from Everydry.

We moved into a house with Everdry and we chose to continue the service. We've been very pleased with this company and can see why the previous homeowners chose to work with them. We've had one issue (which was a natural circumstance, not Everdry's fault) and it was fixed within 2 days of us letting them know. We're confident our basement will not see water thanks to Everdry!

We contacted Everdry Waterproofing after we received a quote to repair our basement that was just scary. Luckily I had done my research and had an idea of what was needed.

Everdry came in with a quote of over four times less. The quote was for exactly what my basement needed. The repairs were done in a timely and professional manner. Every aspect of the repair process was thoroughly explained and the repairs have solved all our water issues with our basement. I would highly recommend this company.

We purchased our home in 1985. After several incidents of the basement flooding due to weather, in 1990, we had our basement waterproofed by EverDry. In 1995, we had an in ground pool put in our backyard. That required the runoff drain that EverDry put in to be relocated. They came out on short notice and moved the drain, no charge and no questions asked. In 2008 after several days of heavy downpour, we noticed some seeping on the back wall of the house. We called EverDry and someone came out and determined that the patio had settled and needed to be re-sealed between the patio and the house. They sealed the area, again without charge or question.
I have, and always will recommend EverDry to anyone I know that has a basement with water issues.

We loved the service we received. Thanks to Everdry me and my wife now have peace of mind that our roof will not leak anymore. The servicemen were courteous and friendly and were very willing to answer any questions we had.

We had our basement done in 1999 and have remained dry. We had crushed pipes from the city which was not an Everdry issue. We have told everyone we know about Everdry and my daughter also had Everdry waterproof her basement.

Everdry Waterproofing came over to give us an estimate. the man who came over was very informative & we appreciated his thorough inspection of the basement & around the outside of the house. He then sat down with us & discussed our options & gave us an estimate. Thankfully we weren't too pressured into buying anything. Overall we had a good experience & will most likely contact them again when we are ready for that service.
