WE HAD AN EXTREMELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH EVERDRY, FROM THE FOREMAN TO THE WORKERS THAT WERE AT OUR HOUSE. THEY DISPLAYED PROFESSIONALISM AND WERE VERY THOUGHTFUL TO WHAT WE NEEDED DONE TO FIX OUR FOUNDATION. THEY STARTED THE PROJECT ON TIME AND STAYED AT OUR HOUSE CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETE. WHEN EVER WE HAD A QUESTION THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN AND HOW THE WORK WOULD BE PERFORMED. PRIOR TO DOING WORK IN THE HOUSE THEY WOULD LAY DOWN TARPS AND COVER OUR FLOORS AND STEPS TO CATCH ANY DIRT AND DEBRIS THAT THEY WERE REMOVING FROM OUR FOUNDATION. AT THE END OF THE WORK DAY THEY WOULD CLEAN UP ANY DIRT THAT MAY HAVE FALLEN INTO THE FLOORING OR ON THE TARPS. I WISHED THAT I COULD REMEMBER ALL THE WORKERS NAMES, BECAUSE EACH ONE OF THEM SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR GOOD CHARACTER AND PROFESSIONALISM.

I had EverDry repair my leaking basement @15 years ago,and couldn't be happier.they were fast,efficient,and there work was great.My basement has remained absolutely dry since day one.I would recommend them highly.

I was very happy with the work Everdry did in my basement. We've only had a small problem (since it was completed a few years ago) because of ice this year, but they are right on spot to getting out to fix the problem. Everything is neat, clean, and is holding up great.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED - Poor workmanship - cut electrical line - destroyed landscaping - crappy job - stole a pump that they removed - salesman did not tell us the whole story - every day there were more surprises! Pipes sticking out in the landscaping, holes in the floor of the living area (worker said just build a shelf to cover/hide) Salesman told us the walls would look good enough in the storage area that we would not have to cover - walls are crooked-caulk on them, etc.

Well, I am still dry!!! The weather may have been record-breaking, but your work here has kept my cellar bone-dry! I will show all my friends your excellent work! Thank you!

I was at the Luckey Fall Fest and spoke with two people from Everydry. They were very informative, definetly knew what they were talking about. I did not feel pressured, they gave me some suggestions about getting a basement inspection. I was not aware how often you should have your basement inspected. They were extremely informative and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had Everdry out to seal my basement. They were not able to bury the exposed pipes in the winter as the ground was too hard. They sent someone out in the summer to do it on a very hot and humid day. The temperature was around 100 degrees F. There were many tree roots he had to cut through and he ended up working overtime, it was my birthday and I had plans so I was not there when he finished. When I saw the finished job I was not satisfied with it. They sent him back out, he apologized and said he had been hot and tired that day and he would make it right. He did an excellent job and even put grass seed down for me! I would highly recommend this company!

Everdry was a great company to work with. They did everything in their power to get us what we needed...a healthy home! We are thankful for everyone that helped to make our house a safe place to live. We have told everyone we can about your company and will continue to do so. Thanks again!

We our house in Defiance done in 1991 by EveryDry,before that the basement always had water in it. They actually did a little extra by digging the channel wider and after that our basement was dry so we could actually use it for an exercise and crafting room.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement in 2005. We have not had any issues with water since then. The customer service is great. Definitely pay the yearly fee just in case anything ever goes wrong. I highly recommend them for your waterproofing needs.

I have had Everdry waterproof my basement and have to say that they did a great job. If their are any problems they make sure that they handle them with speed and efficiency.

We had an old house that had water in the basement every time that it rained. We called Everdry, and they did a great job waterproofing our basement! We never had water again in the basement. Everdry waterproofed my basement in Findlay, Ohio several years ago and I have not had any issues with water. Before, if it rained very much or there was a snowmelt, I would get up to 8 inches of water in the basement because I was at the bottom of the hill on our street. At one point the sump pump quit working. They sent a repair man that day and replaced the pump without a charge. I have no complaints on the job they did or their service.
