My experience with EverDry has been fantastic. From the lady I met at the fair who told me about EverDry, to the appointment setter, to [redacted] who came out for the consultation appointment, everyone has been very professional and beyond friendly. I had a bad experience with another company that did work on my crawlspace last year. [redacted] came to my house and looked everything over. He was very thorough and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He gave me his honest opinion of what needed to be done and did the best he could to get the price down to an amount I could afford. I have nothing but great things to say about EverDry.

We were having problems with water in our basement for quiet sometime. no matter what we did every time we would get a bad rain storm and to much snow melting to fast our basement would have water sitting in it. One phone call to Everdry and we have not had any issues since. And If for some reason we start to get water again they will come back and fix the problem....

Everdry has always been very professional when they come to do any work and never a problem...I always pay my warranty and when my sump pump quit working they were out the next day to replace it.

EverDry Waterproofing was outstanding. I kept getting water in my basement, especially after heavy rains. The sales rep came out and gave me an estimate, and a lot of valuable information on the problem. After researching and comparing prices we decided to give them a try. Not only was the service fantastic, but the product has done wonders. Even in the worst wet weather, I've had a dry basement. I no longer have to worry about putting carpet or furniture down there, only to see it get ruined. If you are having any basement issues, I highly recommend at least calling and have a sales rep take a look and give you their opinion.

I just found out the other day that when Extreme Makeover Home Edition built our house in 2008, Everdry worked on the basement. I have never had one complaint with it. Most of the basement is living space, and part of it is bare concrete and storage. All sections have been dry and it has been wonderful! Thank you Everdry!

The representative from Everdry was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We could tell he loved his job. He took his time with the inspection and made sure we understood every detail. He was awesome.

My wife and I had EverDry waterproof our home approximately 15 years ago. The work was done promptly and efficiently. They worked tirelessly in 90 degree heat and even took care to save our landscaping that was in the area being trenched. Since that time, we have not had any water in our crawl space. In time, a sump pump wore out which they quickly replaced. During the recent storms, our area was among the hardest hit - receiving several inches of rainfall. My family recently purchased a home in the Toledo area that has the Everdry Waterproofing system installed in the basement. We were not familiar with a product like this before this home, but are pleased with the look and function of the product. From what we have learned the product has been installed in the home for over 8 years and it has held up well with no signs of water anywhere.

EverDry waterproofed our basemant a number of years ago. Since their work our basement has never had a drop of water in it. For years previously the basement had rivers of water after each rain storm. It is a dry pleasant place for our grandchildren to play .Carpeting has been installed to the toy and craft room.The waterproofing has added a great deal of value to our home.

We have been a customer of EverDry for many years, and have always been very satisfied with there service. Whenever our sump pump fails, they come right out to replace it at no charge. A couple of years ago, we had a crack at the frost line in our basement and they came out and sealed the crack, again at no cost to us. EverDry was very effective in drying up my basement and the foundation. I have a house that would have water in the basement every time it rained. Once EverDry completed their work, it has been dry since. That has been 4 years ago. I would recommend EverDry to anyone with any problems in their basement or crawlspace. The employees were very thoughtful and cleaned up each day that they were there.

We moved into our house in January of 2007 and then we experienced a flood in Findlay, OH in August of 2007. We live in a tri-level house that has a finished basement and since that area has never (and shouldn't) flood the house didn't have any sump pumps. After the water was cleaned up and out of our basement we quickly called upon Everdry of Toledo for a quote. We liked what we heard so we signed up - and to this day it is still the best decision we made for our home! The workers we quick and courteous and kept the area clean. They tiled on the outside of our home and on the inside and installed a two sump pumps for us. On top of all that they also offer an insurance you can pay each year for any future services you may require. We pay that insurance each year and about two years ago we were having issues with one of our sump pumps. I called them up and they came out to us within a day - part of the sump needed replaced and because of that insurance we pay yearly - we didn't have to pay a dime for the repairs or the labor! We had an inspection done by [redacted] on 11/16/16. We were very impressed with his professionalism and expertise regarding the condition of our basement wall. My husband thought it was maybe mold. [redacted] thoroughly explained the issue so we were able to understand what happened to the wall, what continues to occur d/t the water accumulation, and how the problem can be corrected. Very informative!!

Everdry performed a free foundation inspection at my home. The inspector pointed out some minor issues with my foundation, along with their causes and possible resolutions. He explained what the resolutions amounted to and their cost factors Presently I am contemplating the information I was given.

We purchased our home in 1994 and the first thing we did was get an estimate from 2 local waterproofing companies. I checked the Revdex.com ratings but I also asked other homeowners which company they used. Of the 3 I asked 2 used Everdry and had very positive experiences and most importantly, dry basements.
We hired Everydry in 1995 to waterproof our basement in our 1926 built home. We have had some much work done on our home in the last 20 years I feel like an expert in hiring people for construction. We have had good and bad experiences, jobs that needed to be redone and after 20 years the one company I would still recommend without hesitation is Everdry Waterproofing.
We have not had one leak or flood. Even when Toledo and vicinity got over 10 inches of rain our basement was dry. Those people we knew who had hired the other company? They had Everydry come in and redo their basement after flooding 7 years after having it done by that other well known Toledo company.
