EverDry waterproofed my basement almost 20 years
ago. My concrete porch made it impossible to do the outside part of that side of the house. They always said to call if we had the porch replaced so they could finish. When I did have the porch removed I called, and Everdry did exactly as they promised! They promptly took care of that side of the house at no additional cost. I am very happy with the service.

I had EVERDRY install waterproofing several years ago. I have never had any problems with since then. The Office department employees were very professional during the years. When I called with a question they immediately got me in touch with a supervisor. No waiting. No calling back.

The whole process was very thorough from in home inspection all the way through the follow up inspection. EverDry was the best thing we have done to our home. We live 50 yards from the river and our basement was always wet. Since we have had EverDry, we have never had a wet basement since. It was a great investment for our home.

Everdry contacted me when they were in the area and asked if I would be interested in a free walkthrough of my basement. They told me there were no strings attached and the service person could even give me tips on how to waterproof the basement myself. I made an appointment. The technician arrived on time, and was extremely courteous and friendly.

He never once made me feel pressured into making a purchase and his advise and feedback were very helpful. EverDry Waterproofing did an excellent job when they waterproofed our crawlspace several years ago. The workers kept our home clean while performing the work, and the system has been working without issue since the installation. We pay a small warranty service fee each year that provides us with the assurance that if something would happen to pumps, piping, etc., it will be repaired or replaced in a timely manner. We have used this service when a pump was not operating properly. We called EverDry and they were very responsive and came out the next day and replaced the pump(all covered under the warranty). We would highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing to all our friends and family.

Our basement was toxic with mold and mildew to the point that my wife could not go down to the basement due to her allergies. Within less than 10 minutes she would experience respiratory distress and have to leave the basement.

Everdry came in and made a comprehensive assessment to explain what was wrong and how it could be corrected.

The estimator was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and in terms we could understand.

After signing the contract, the work crew came out on time and worked diligently and professionally. They protected our landscaping and COMPLETELY cleaned up after themselves daily. The Foreman of the job was in constant contact with us on how everything was going and kept us informed every step of the way. I would like to recommend EverDry Waterproofing to anyone who has a problem with water in there basements. Back in 1997 EverDry waterproofed my basement and I have not had one problem with water since then. I was able to lay carpet in my entire basement. I fixed one room up as a TV room for my family. This was the best investment I made to improve my home and I would recommend this company.

When the EverDry representative stopped by my residence a couple of years ago I was a little skeptical as I am of all sales people who canvas the neighbor hoods. but since we were having a little bit of a basement wall issue and a little dampness I agrees to let him look at the basement.
His solution to the above was to hand dig along the wall, water proof it and install addition drainage to a dry well to relieve the pressure on the wall. since the previous shoring method provided by others didn't seem to be helping much I agreed to have this work done. additionally I requested a addition sump pump with battery backup be installed in the existing crock.
In a few weeks the workers showed up and worked hard all day to get this project done in one day. they done by the end of the day and left the site clean and neat as possible and this as seemed to have alleviated the dampness problem. and I am quite happy with knowing that we have the security of the second sump pump.
Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend EverDry highly to others with basement water problems.
