Argon credit is virtually impossible to contactI have called five times this morning, as well as on previous days, and I either am hung up on, or I will be on hold for an entire dayI have a personal loan with Argon, and on three separate occasions they have withdrawn money from my checking account without my authorization; therefore withdrawing my account into a negative balanceI have had to place stop payments on these unauthorized withdraws, and I have been extremely inconvenienced [redacted] has also filed disputes against Argon for these constant unauthorized withdraws; per my consentArgon also claims that they have no record of my last two paymentsI have online banking with [redacted] ***, and the payments were processed; therefore Argon is apparently extremely unorganizedArgon credit has extremely inconvenienced me, and I would never recommend their services

I applied with argon credit, got an immediate approval for a loan, signed a contract immediately and they request access to my bank account for verificationI then downloaded the required documentationChecked the system still showed approvedI called customer was advised all info was received and would get a call back once verification of documents was completeNo emails, no phone call backThen I checked the system again and it showed declinedI called and was advised I would receive a letter with reasonsI would like this company investigated for a scam, collecting info and making you sign a contract accepting funds that you will eventually not receiveThey lead you on by saying your approved just to collect personal information

My husband and I thought that we would try getting a small loanAfter going to the site [redacted] and entering in our information we received a message that we were approved for a loan of up to $along with loan term choicesAfter selecting one of the choices we were directed to Argon Credit site where we were asked for more informationAfter entering that information we received a message saying that we were approved for a loan of $That's a far cry from what the first "Approval" message statedWhile reading over the terms it then shows that the repayment for the $over a yr period would be close to $At that time we became suspicious and decided that we did not want to continue onThe website did not offer the ability to cancel the requestOnly options to "sign" the loan agreementI sent a message through the help requesting that the application be disregardedAnd, clicked the only possibly logical option which was "I decline to sign this agreement"Today I received an email from Argon with the agreement document attached asking for signature once againAt that time I called the 800# because I wanted to be sure that they were not going to go forward with the applicationWhen I got a representative on the line she told me that since my husbands name was on the application that he was the only one that could cancel the requestSo, I asked for them to hold a moment so that I could connect him on the lineWhen I went to dial his number that representative hung up on meWhat she didn't know was that I had gone back to the line she was on and I heard her talking to someone saying that I out her on hold to call my husband...then she hung upSo, I called my husband first then called their number backWhen I got a representative on the line I again told her that I wanted to cancel the applicationShe asked for the nameAgain I gave mt husbands name she immediately told me she couldn't talk to meI then informed her that he was on the line(Which honestly could have been anyone) She asked him to verify his name, address and last for of his SS#Information which I knewShe then stated that the application had already been declinedNow declined after being told that it was approved(?) So, I asked her to confirm that the application was not going to be processedShe said it's deniedSo, I asked if we would get a denial of credit letterShe sounded as if she didn't know what I was referring too and just agreed with me and said yes we wouldI'll see if we get anything in the mailI'm just sick at the thought that I trusted this "Company" with our personal informationEspecially after reading reviews (Which I wish I had done before hand) Sounds like this place is just a shame to collect peoples financial information to do lord knows what withI'm now convinced that any of the positive reviews are all created by Argon staff membersThis is NOT a creditable business DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION!

I contacted a loan of $from Argon Credit We set up a monthly payment of $ After a little a while I decided to pay off the loan balance (because I didn't trust them any more, another story)I went online and paid $I called them few days later to finished off the loanThey told me the $didn't go through So they set up a payoff amount of $2973.11, which I paid on 9/20/by check Few weeks later, I noticed on my credit statement that they have cashed the $2000, and to make things worse, they withdrew another monthly payment of $after they have cashed my payoff check few weeks earlier I called, and sent them my card and bank statementsThey agreed for a refund of $On November the requested a void check to deposit the refundBut since, they do not answer or return my calls

MsBurris requested a PAID IN FULL letter from Argon As of today, Ms [redacted] should have already received the requested letter Argon would once again like to apologize for the situation that occurred with Ms [redacted] account

Company has filed for Chapter Bankruptcy I have been unable to make payment on loan Called several numbers to reach Argon Some immediately transferred to a survey to complete and then hangs up Another says to access your account online at privateloanservicing.com and they claim there is no record of the loan and the loans from Argon were transferred Gave another number for Argon and it goes directly to answering machine Sent check to pay off loan and check has not cleared Going to stop payment on check and all other transactions See them in court? As of today, October 20, 2016, Mr [redacted] has been refunded and sent a confirmation letter that his account has been paid in full We would like to once again apologize to Ms [redacted] for this situation She can reach Argon at [redacted] if she has any questions

A total waste of time, and misleadingOn their website, I went thru the whole process of applying for a $1,loanAfter completing the application, I received a response back within minutes saying "Congratulations," I have been approved for a $4,loan, with instructions to complete all my banking information for my loan depositWell, I completed everything as instructed, then tried to sign off and send the completed documents as instructedMy loan application didn't appear to go through, so the next morning, I called the Argon office to verify if my documents had been receivedI was placed on hold by the phone Rep, and had to call back a 2nd time after we somehow became disconnectedThe 2nd time I called, a different Rep answered, then proceeded to ask me the same identifying questions as beforeShe also put me on hold, but returned a few minutes later to tell me that my loan application had been declined, and that I can reapply again in daysSorry, but they don't have to worry about me reapplying, and I will be at my bank first thing in the morning to change my banking routing and account numbers

I called 02/23/to pay my full balance off with Argon [redacted] from the support team and known as the supervisor took my callShe took my payment of and said account was paid in full and she would send me an email of paid off accountI asked [redacted] if she would stop future payments of from being taken out of our bank account and she said she was taking care of that as we speak and not to worry02/27/not only did Argon take the to pay the account in full but they also took from our bank account and refuses to answer any emails or calls in this matterThis cause our bank account to go negative and we had to borrow money from my parents so we wouldn't get over draft fees

Spoke with the customer on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, to explain the early processing of her most recent payment was due to a technical error within our new billing systemAfter uploading the account information into the new system, the customer's payment date reverted back to its original date of the 12thPreviously, all payments were scheduled for the 27th of each monthA recent request to move a payment to the 28th was denied because the customer missed the cutoff to make the adjustmentOur records indicate the customer was made aware of this fact We also explained our billing was previously handled by a third party who is no longer affiliated with ArgonWith all Account Servicing now being handled in-house, we assured the customer we'll do all that we can to assist with correcting her financial hardshipArgon has offered to cover all fees associated with and caused by the early payment processingHowever, the customer has since closed the account due to an ongoing personal dispute with the bankWe will continue to work with the customer to find an amicable solution.If the customer has any other questions, Argon can be reached at [redacted]

I don't know what this entity actually is, but it doesn't operate like a business and shouldn't be a businessThey should be shut down by regulators

I made a payment on 8/15/2016 in the amount of $716.88 and paid off my account. On 9/26/16, my regularly scheduled payment of $203.16 was taken out of my bank account. I called the phone number for Argon Credit and was advised the no longer have access to my account and gave me another number to contact. I have called the number at least 30 times in 1 week. Each time, I receive a message stating they are not available and to leave a message. I have left messages during at least 6 of the phone calls and have yet to receive a phone call back. Because the payments are ACH, I do not have the ability to stop the payments.

Provided proof of payment and receiving harassing phone calls stating account is past dueCalled several times and left several emails proving that the payments are complete and never receive an answer, only a robotic phone callThey have taken money out of my account when the payment has been cleared and promise to follow up with me on an e-mail regarding the discussion we have had I have never received any sort of follow up, only asking for more moneyWhen I called Argon today, I showed more statements showing proof of payment and they mentioned two prices of and on the balance owedI asked why I owe that much if my credit union (i.e [redacted] have shown that the credit is settled; they were unable to answer any questions and apologized due to glitches in their system previously, but mentioned I still owe that balanceI asked to receive an e-mail or something in the mail regarding the balance I apparently owe, and they have stated it would be mailed over
