spoke to a gentle man on the 12/stated I was closing out the checking account that I would be mailing a check he stated its done and that no more drafts would be taken out of the account on the 1/4/the draft did happen and they taken out of the checking account spoke to marco [redacted] at [redacted] argon credit stated to email a copy of bank statement and in hours I would have a refund because in the notes shows where I called and stopped everything emailed a copy of the bank statement to argon [redacted] 12/6,12/9,12/10,12/11,again on 12/ for account number [redacted] and they keep telling me another 24/hours to review thissame time all iam getting is the run around and keep have the bank call wanting the refund

We spoke with Mr [redacted] on the evening of September 28, Within that conversation, we expressed our apologies for the inconvenience of not being unable to reach a representativeWe explained to Mr [redacted] the dip in servicing levels and availability was caused by the transitioning of our Servicing Department from California office back to our headquarters in ChicagoWe also advised Mr [redacted] that access to the customer management tool was temporarily unavailable due to the installation of our new billing system as well as various security enhancementsAlthough several letters were mailed to advise the customer of this, unfortunately, he didn't receive them in a timely mannerThe customer was understanding to the situation as we were very empathetic to his needs and concerns as wellMr [redacted] was later sent a follemail from our Account Servicing manager providing all contact information for future communication as needed

I had a loan with Argon CreditIt was an incredibly high interest rate, but as a single mother whose ex refused to pay child support, I was desperateI called and revoked ACH authorization in the loan and revoked ACH with my bank as wellThings were fine until last monthWith no notice, Argon attempted to take approximately $from my account through a remote checkIt did not clear because there were no funds in my accountAfter attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, I found a contact us form, in which reiterated that they were not authorized to make any withdrawals from my accountTonight, again, with no prior notice, they drafted money from my account through a remote checkThis caused my rent check to bounce and now I am in danger of losing my homeI will be contacting my bank to have the charges reversedI ask that Argon make no further attempts to access my account

I have been a customer with Argon for over a year now They automatically deduct their fee from my account every month I discovered they had not given me any credits since February and that credit was not even the full amount they took They reported me negatively to the credit bureau even though the errors were completely on their side I have all of the payments they took thru the one they took just last Friday I have been speaking to them for over a week now and keep getting the same story I will fix the payments and send you a statement Still no statement I do not trust that they gave me the proper credits of over $because they will not send me the statement showing so I talked to them again today and was told the account was fixed and that I would get a statement right away Still no statement How can I prove their wrong doing and get my credit report fixed I am in the process of looking for a home and this hits me hard

On February 6, 2017, Argon Credit received a payoff from meOn February 9, 2017, they decided to take an additional payment AFTER the payoff had been madeI spoke with someone who asked that I send proof that this had occurredI emailed the proof and called on February 10, for resolution and refundAt that time, I was told my refund was approved and being sentI asked for email confirmation and was told it was being sent as we spokeOn February 13, and called again as I had not received an email confirming a refundI was told then to send the information to which I had proof had already been done and should have received a refundI was told it would be processed on that date and I should have my funds by the end of the weekI requested again an email stating the refund was being processed and was sent it on that very same dayI waited and called, yet again, on February 17, as it was the end of the week and still no paymentI was refused a supervisor and told said s

Dealing with Argon Credit has been beyond a nightmareThe initial contract I received has never been sent to me and they continue to bill me each month and I cannot seem to speak with anyone at the company that can help meI have spent countless hours of my life trying to speak with anyone who knows what they are doingI was just informed that the payments I have been making for over months have not been received by Argon although I have been making payments of a total of 2,to the online service they told me to that I was informed today that they have never receivedThis is a company that filed bankruptcy and is frauding peopleI have been paying in good faith and now is missing and no one can give me any answers

I askedShe then explained that I still was not approved until the $contract I was about to sign and agree to pay went through verification and underwriting which can take up to daysNot the 24-hours as advertised all over their siteI read other customer review of this happening to them and decided to apply anywaysI cannot express my complete dissatisfaction and distrust of this companyWhy approve me for more than I ask make me sign for the loan and THEN reduce it and still not approve you but require you sign a contract and agree to pay it backIn all my years as an active consumer this is a firstDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I took out a loan with Argon Credit back in June of last year, it was for $at 95%, my loan terms are for months at around $a monthI have been making my payments (they are directly taking out of my checking account.) Fast forward to today, I created an account (I wasn't able to until June 2017) and logged in to see my remaining balance, and my terms have changed, now my loan is going to mature December I did not sign any form of paperwork allowing thisI've also called multiple times to have this resolved, and they say they are correcting, but nothing is doneI called to ask what my early payoff amount is as well, and was told it was nearly the amount I owedEvery month my terms seem to change and I have to have them correct

I called 02/23/to pay my full balance off with Argon*** from the support team and known as the supervisor took my callShe took my payment of and said account was paid in full and she would send me an email of paid off accountI asked *** if she would stop future payments of from being taken out of our bank account and she said she was taking care of that as we speak and not to worry02/27/not only did Argon take the to pay the account in full but they also took from our bank account and refuses to answer any emails or calls in this matterThis cause our bank account to go negative and we had to borrow money from my parents so we wouldn't get over draft fees

I borrowed from Argon Credit a few years ago and paid about $a month for about a year, when Argo stop drafting my paymentAs the loan got behind they refinced what was suppose to be $aprox
