Argon Credit has been impossible to deal withThey won't answer the phone, you cannot access your account because of website being downWhen you finally reach someone they can't tell you when it will be back upBut still won't send out paper statementBasically you have no way of knowing balance, changing info or anything You just blindly pay these people

I have a personal loan through this businessThey filed for bankruptcy in Dec At that time, this loan has shown as closed on all of my credit reportsWith them having filed for bankruptcy, am I still obligated to repay this type of loan?

Few weeks later, I noticed on my credit statement that they have cashed the $2000, and to make things worse, they withdrew another monthly payment of $after they have cashed my payoff check few weeks earlier

I've been trying to contact this company for months to pay my balanceEvery time I call I get an answering service I leave a message no call back when I go to the website I can't loginThey keep debiting my account and all I want to do is talk to someone to tell me my payoff balanceI don't receive any statements in the mail or anythingI don't know how much I oweAll I know is how much has been ACH from my account each month

This is without a doubt the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to do business withThey do an ACH deduction from my checking account every monthAfter a few months, they contacted me and said I had skipped a payment for a specific monthThey asked if I could provide proof that my payment was taken out on the month in questionI checked my bank statement and found that the payment in question was indeed taken outPer their request, I sent them a copy of my banking statement with the amount in question highlightedI never heard any acknowledgement of receipt from them regarding the information THEY requestedNext month, I got another call requesting the same thing regarding the same paymentI sent them the same information again and again received no confirmation of receipt from themAt that point, the harassing phone calls escalated to the point where I was receiving to calls from them on a daily basisThey now "claim" that I am delinquent on three of my monthly paymentsHow can they not know that these payments are made when it is they who are automatically deducting these payments? I'm not writing a check or doing an online billpay, these are ACH automatic deductions!! It got to the point that I felt I had to get my attorney involved, which I didWhen I contacted my bank to get the ACH payments stopped (per my attorney's advice) I was told by my bank that Argon had accessed my account through different ACH deductions which all had to be de-authorized individually!!! Now I am very happy to say that if they should happen to get through to me on a number which I haven't call-blocked, I get to say to them the four magic words"speak to my attorney"Please, please please DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PREDATORS!!! If this review can dissuade ONE person from doing business with this company, I feel this review will have been a successIt's not worth the toll on your sanity or your patience to give these jackals any of your businessLook at the other negative reviews on this site as well, make the smart choice, and spare yourself the headache and strife associated with doing business with these so-called "people"

Argon credit is virtually impossible to contactI have called five times this morning, as well as on previous days, and I either am hung up on, or I will be on hold for an entire dayI have a personal loan with Argon, and on three separate occasions they have withdrawn money from my checking account without my authorization; therefore withdrawing my account into a negative balanceI have had to place stop payments on these unauthorized withdraws, and I have been extremely inconvenienced*** *** has also filed disputes against Argon for these constant unauthorized withdraws; per my consentArgon also claims that they have no record of my last two paymentsI have online banking with *** ***, and the payments were processed; therefore Argon is apparently extremely unorganizedArgon credit has extremely inconvenienced me, and I would never recommend their services

Argon electronically debited my account without the proper consent as I had revoked my ACH authorization over year ago
This caused my account to be charged an NSF Fee and embarrassed me at my bank

Do NOT do business with this companyAll was fine and well until it came down to my last paymentI have called NUMEROUS times to make sure my account is closed and no further payments will be deductedI keep being told their system is down and they will call me backI called the next day, same responseI work for a billing and finance company, there is NO WAY we would be down for more than an hour TOPS! Not daysI want this done and closedBut they can't or wont answer my questions!

I had reached an agreement with them in May of to have them take out $on a biweekly basis starting 5-27-and the last payment would be 11-10-17, I would be close to having this account paid off...the payments started fine and then around October (only months later) my payments stopped being taken on the biweekly schedule...then they started calling me, leaving me voicemails, sending me letters saying that I was past due...when they had my authorization to pull my payments as well as my routing number and account number, nothing had changed This routine has continued through the life of the loan, right now they are pulling only payment a month for the last year with some months missed all together I call there and speak to people over and over again and all they say to me is when can we process your next payment? Instead of rectifying the problem all they worry about is their money They call my cell phone, my husband's cell phone, send me emails, write letters harassing me about my past due balance when there wouldn't be a past due balance if THEY would pull my payments accordingly on the payment schedule we agreed uponRight now they have my estimated pay off date to April of 2018!!! This loan should have been paid off with the last payment to be pulled 11-10-17...this is a whole months later and I am positive that the loan STILL won't be paid off cause their payments won't pull consistentlyI called today to speak to a supervisor and I got hung up on tooThis is a shady company who can't get their s@#& together

This company approves people with a loan that they never intended to give in order to get your personal information, such as bank account, social security number, etcI was approved for $Only to log in to see that I was declinedI had called their number to ask why they had approved me and I was told that it was a preapproval, which it wasn'tI told her that I was approved and she said that I was approved because of my credit score, but the underwriters couldn't approved me because of my creditI think that this company is running a business under pretenses to steal people's information

ON 2/24/I call in a payment for my account and when I ask for a refence number so I can track the payment the lady told me she would give the info to her supervisor and she'll call me back I stopped payment do to the fact of not nothing how much money they were gonna get out my account

I have requested billing statements and online access to my account with Argon Credit for over monthsEach time I call I'm told that the system is down or a link is being sent to my emailWhen I try to login with the link,I get a message that there is no account in my name or Information can not be verifiedIf information cannot be verified and representatives refuse to send me proof that there is still an account in my name, I don't think I owe them anything I know that I have a right to request payment history and proof of debt and I have done so numerous times but the company representatives refuse to provide me with that information

I secured a Loan with Argon Credit in 10/ The interest rate is astronomical, but I shoot myself in the foot! My complaint is that their billing practices are unethical and unprofessional I only missed two payments for the length of the loan, however I receive at least to HARRASSING calls a month requesting PAYMENT On several occasions that have taken out two unauthorized payments, charged me overdraft fees I make it point to pay this account, just so I won't be harassed! The latest incident of duplicate payments, I called on a Friday, and my account was verified that two payments were electronically withdrawn The manager assured me that I would have my refund within two to three business days It has been a week and I still don't have my refund This company's billing practices are dishonest, unfair and fraudulent I wish I NEVER requested this loan When and IF I ever pay it off, I will have repaid TRIPLE THE AMOUNT I BORROWED!

On 9/13/16, I signed onto the online form to pay my personal loan with Argon and all of my account information, as well as payment info, was goneI received a letter in the mail from Argon on 9/15/stating the mailing address and telephone number had changed, but there was no information about online payments or web addressI have called the new phone number given *** every business day since the 15th and it automatically redirects to a recorded message asking me to leave my information to call them backAn actual person has yet to answer at this number or call me back, even though I've left three messages

Argon credit used to go through private payment servicing company to collect monthly payments I paid one month after the grace period and was charged a late fee, the next month I paid only the principal amount due and not the late fee charge, they used the amount I paid that was to go to the principal and put it towards the late fee for the previous month and the remaining towards the principal due, which they then in turn reported to the credit bureaus that I was days late, since then argon has brought their collections in-house and they marked on my credit report that the loan was closed and sold, but have yet to report that I am on time with the remaining payments, they send no monthly statements, I called to check on my balance due and was told to email their customer support for payment history, balance due, and payoff amount, that was three months ago and I have yet to hear from anyone I have no way of knowing what my balance is and how they are applying my payments They
