My husband and I thought that we would try getting a small loanAfter going to the site *** and entering in our information we received a message that we were approved for a loan of up to $along with loan term choicesAfter selecting one of the choices we were directed to Argon Credit site where we were asked for more informationAfter entering that information we received a message saying that we were approved for a loan of $That's a far cry from what the first "Approval" message statedWhile reading over the terms it then shows that the repayment for the $over a yr period would be close to $At that time we became suspicious and decided that we did not want to continue onThe website did not offer the ability to cancel the requestOnly options to "sign" the loan agreementI sent a message through the help requesting that the application be disregardedAnd, clicked the only possibly logical option which was "I decline to sign this agreement"Today I received an email from Argon with the agreement document attached asking for signature once againAt that time I called the 800# because I wanted to be sure that they were not going to go forward with the applicationWhen I got a representative on the line she told me that since my husbands name was on the application that he was the only one that could cancel the requestSo, I asked for them to hold a moment so that I could connect him on the lineWhen I went to dial his number that representative hung up on meWhat she didn't know was that I had gone back to the line she was on and I heard her talking to someone saying that I out her on hold to call my husband...then she hung upSo, I called my husband first then called their number backWhen I got a representative on the line I again told her that I wanted to cancel the applicationShe asked for the nameAgain I gave mt husbands name she immediately told me she couldn't talk to meI then informed her that he was on the line(Which honestly could have been anyone) She asked him to verify his name, address and last for of his SS#Information which I knewShe then stated that the application had already been declinedNow declined after being told that it was approved(?) So, I asked her to confirm that the application was not going to be processedShe said it's deniedSo, I asked if we would get a denial of credit letterShe sounded as if she didn't know what I was referring too and just agreed with me and said yes we wouldI'll see if we get anything in the mailI'm just sick at the thought that I trusted this "Company" with our personal informationEspecially after reading reviews (Which I wish I had done before hand) Sounds like this place is just a shame to collect peoples financial information to do lord knows what withI'm now convinced that any of the positive reviews are all created by Argon staff membersThis is NOT a creditable business DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION!

I am rejecting this response because: My bank stopped the ACH and I was reimbursed by my bank the Isf FEES. All I want for Argon to do in order to resolve this complain is:Send me a copy of the PAID IN FULL LETTER of the loan *** They keep telling me that the account is closed and they cannot do this. They should have sent this to me when I paid off the loan. If they will send this to me- I will be happy with the resolution

They expect you to send them a copy of your driver's license, pay stubs, blank check or deposit slip and bank statement They claim they didn't receive documents, but THEY SENT ME THE APPLICATION TO E-SIGN BECAUSE THEY SAID MY LOAN WAS APPROVED I signed the documents, BIG MISTAKE, here it is a week later, and nothing NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY BIG, BIG RIPOFF Most loan requests are approved and the money is in the bank the next day

Customer first issued the
complaint on April 13. After researching the situation, it was determined that a check was distributed to the customer on April and subsequently cashed on April 25. We apologize that it took until the 20th until we were able to distribute the funds. While we realize that this is an inconvenience, please understand that at times complications do occur

After agreeing to refinance my loan Argon Credit decided to report the loan as extremely past due which caused me to take a major hit (loss of ~100pts) on my credit report

In September I was behind on payments and received an email from the promotions team about options available to help with the paymentsI did a fresh start application and submitted it through docusign 3weeks later I'm getting collection calls and still reported negative to the credit bureaus when the fresh start program was supposed to resolve this I was informed that a company named First Associates had did the application for my account and now Argon was back taking over their own accounts After calls about this application, they informed me that it was located and my new due date was in October October comes, I get two more collection callsNow, the document hadn't been uploaded correctly in their database Someone found it, and says it's rectified my payment was to be processed through my new checking account on 10/ 10/comes, no payment was debitedI email Argon to get login instructions for online so I could get loan details about my account since the old

I received a $loan on the 22nd of JuneFor the past weeks which I only needed for a weekFor the last two weeks I have been trying to pay this loan off and when I get the billings department they can' t take my payment because my account is not listed in that department at the time, they say give it another weekMy first payment is due on July 22nd, which is $and some changeThey have prolonged this and is continuing to prolong this until first paymentSpoke to many peopleAsk for Manager and He is busy and will get back with meI never met a company that do not have my account but is going to start taking automatic payments out of my account on July 22ndI was told someone will call me in an hour and no oneThese people as ridiculous as it may sound is not allowing me to pay my full payment because they say my account isn't listed in the billings department yet so they can'take the payment I was told from the beginning if I pay it before first payment I will

I took a loan with Argon, and for the first half year everything was going ok, but in Sept of 2016, I got a letter from Argon stating they were using a new address in re their collections That's when all the issues/problems started I found out I was months behind on account they screwed up the process for ACH holding I had to break my piggy bank $~for this, and still could not get anything in the mail to confirm this I retained the services of an Attorney to make certain there were no foul-ups Unfortunately, Argon was not listed in my Feb bank statement, and that proved to be the last straw Happily, another creditor came to the rescue, and hopefully, the loan I took has been paid off I need paperwork here, folks! I cannot and will not trust the spoken word of anyone for many reasons, one I will list here: what one cumin knows, all cumin know Other than the name for a spice, the word cumin also stands for civilian under military instruction The message here is: Spread the Word It is known to me Argon is less than years old, and spreading to or more states this calendar year And, the firm has an 'F' rating No, I will not recommend doing business with this company IMO, they have MANY issues to solve before they are credible in my eyes

I paid my debt off with Argon on 10-17-I have a receipt that states it was paid off in fullArgon debited my checking account for $on 12-1-2016, which was my old loan payment amountI contacted Argon and notified them of the mistakeThey credited my checking account for $on 12-5-I called them and told them about yet another mistake and they said there was still a balance on my account and that they were keeping the remaining $They asked me to forward them a copy of the receipt, which I did

As of today, October 20, 2016, Ms*** has been refunded and Argon has attempted to reach Ms*** to confirm the receipt of her refund. We would like to once again apologize to Ms*** for this situation. She can reach Argon at *** if she has any questions

I have gotten a loan from Argon Credit be advised I would never do it again the reps lieAnd supervisors never there , this business should be closed like the office they had in California

This company did a withdraw from my checking account AFTER the loan was paid off They have admitted they made a mistake, told me they didn't know when they would pay me back Told me they have "legal" issues

I took out a loan for through this company in June My payments are deducted automatically through ACH debit between the 16th and 22nd of the month (it seems to vary) I've been charged 2x at fee for non-payment I've never missed any payments since they are ACH! I contacted my bank and they stated there was no transactions attemptedSo why am I being penalized for their mistake?
I logged in today to pay the missed payment THEY DIDN'T TAKE and the system stated Company ACH ID not found! So I was unable to payI went to check what my payoff is and because it shows the account past due, there is no information or option to pay it off

The loan I took with this company was for mosI made all payments on time and paid it off 6/ They are telling me they cannot find the last mos payments even though all cleared my bank They want me to go to the bank and have them go thru mos bank statements and send them the cancelled checksI am not willing to do this as I have incurred expenses from this company over the last mos due to their errorsI paid enough interest to them for them to do their job properly and find where the payments wentI don't feel I should make their job easy for them because they don't want to put the effort forward to find the paymentsMy responsibility to Argon has been fulfilled now they need to fulfill theirs by finding the payments

We spoke with the customer on Tuesday, September 27, regarding their account activity and payment effortsWe advised the customer the automated payment feature is currently active which allows for payments to be pulled directly from the checking account on file on the scheduled due date
Further explained permission for authorization was granted during the initial application process upon signing the loan agreement which outlined the repayment structureThe customer now better understands the repayment structure and requested to stop automated paymentsAdvised the customer the account will be noted as such but must also follow proper procedure which is to submit a formal request in writingThe customer agreed to make future payments by mail with the use of money ordersAdvised all payments should be received no later than days past the initial due date to avoid late feesThe customer understood stating she will submit the formal request to revoke ACH authorization by the end of this week or start of the nextIn regards to the customer's concern related to communication, apologized for the heightened wait times and inconvenience but explained this is the start of our busy season which means higher call volumesAdvised the customer to try calling during nonpeak hours for better results

This company has not been processing my automatic paymentsI've tried calling several times and cannot get in touch with themI can't even access my account onlineVery upset with their customer serviceI hope they don't think that I am going to be responsible for any late payments when they are no where to be reachedI even tried sending them an email through their "Contact Us" and no reply!!!!

I have submitted the amount with a screen shot that Argon Credit Illegally debited my bank account, per *** ** As of this morning (9/29/16) I have not been credited the $I would like a written letter that I can take to the bank showing that this was NOT my fault It's embarrassing having an NSF record on your banking history I would also like to speak to someone in Argon's Compliance department

This is not a place to get a loan find other means I got a loan with them in and there web site has been down since then I tell them I want to look at the payments I been making and check my balance they tell me they are working on the site liesThey took payments off me in one month they apologize and said it was a new system they were using they refund me the month I am still getting calls that I am behind on my bill I have to constantly send the the check from my bank stating it cleared this is every month and they are always harassing me I wish I never took the loan out with them I close my direct pay out of my bank now they have to wait for my payment not a satisfied customer never again DO NOT USE ARGON

I have made a complaint before with Revdex.com about this situation and the calls stopped for a few monthsNow, they have started backI have sent this company cleared payments from my bank and they have reported zero balance closed account to the credit bureauI am receiving calls or times per day collecting past dilue payments that do not exist
