I have been trying to reach Argon for weeks now and the # rep dont have any information on my account and no access to the other department that my loan was transferred tooI just found out that they filed bk in as I didnt received a letter or anythingI have left message at the 312-*** and no one has called me backthis is a loan that affects my credit and I cant reach anyoneA payment was to come out of my account and due to my cell phone was stolen the numbers I did have are not working anymoreI have no way to know my balance and when they will take money out of my acccountPlease help

I have had a loan with this company that is on auto debitThey missed collecting a payment in December because of a "company changeover" issue
I spoke with a *** after this happened who indicated it would just be added on to the end of the loan and that it would not affect my credit
Yet, every two weeks I get a call from them "about my account"I usually speak to an *** who tells me she doesn't see a problem and that the account is fineLast time, I expressed my frustration about this and asked to speak to a managerShe hung up on meI called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told a manager would call me back, "when they get around to it"That never happened
I then sent a formal letter via email asking again to speak to a real account manager and to see an account statement - which I never get and have still not received everI have not received a response to that letter either

This company has been double deducting from my checking for the last few monthsThey keep blaming the new ACH system but that's unacceptableThe last time it happened it overdrawn my account and I was charged a feeThey claim I would get credited back into my account after showing a copy of my bank statementI'm not happy with company and will be paying off asap

Do NOT do business with this companyAll was fine and well until it came down to my last paymentI have called NUMEROUS times to make sure my account is closed and no further payments will be deductedI keep being told their system is down and they will call me backI called the next day, same responseI work for a billing and finance company, there is NO WAY we would be down for more than an hour TOPS! They switched third party servicers and are marking me as days past due when I should not be marked past dueThey did not Honor the promise to change the payment due date change and caused me to be overdrawn in my checking accountI had called and had my due date changed and had the ACH date changed due to my pay day being changedThey told me it was fine that my payment would come out on the 15th of the month now however it came out on the ninth of the month and caused me to be overdrawn and I was charged $in feesI was also approved for a deferment and I have the emails to prove this however they are now reporting me as days past due to the credit bureau's I am receiving letters in the mail and multiple phone calls daily They told me my payments will come out on the 15th of the month and that is what I budgeted for then they took the out on the ninth without notifying me and took everything I had in my checking the three checks that I had withstanding all wer

My bank stopped the ACH and I was reimbursed by my bank the Isf FEES. All I want for Argon to do in order to resolve this complain is:
Send me a copy of the PAID IN FULL LETTER of the loan *** They keep telling me that the account is closed and they cannot do this. They should have sent this to me when I paid off the loan. If they will send this to me- I will be happy with the resolution

Trying to obtain current loan status Unable to log in to my account on Argon, The loan servicer (privateloanservicing.com) says they no longer service my loan Called Argon, was transferred from customer service to *** who transferred me to *** who said he had my account info but couldn't tell me where it was being serviced or give me any info about status(Loan is in good standing, was supposed to have an ACH pmt taken on the 5th but has not been withdrawn yet, trying to make an extra payment and get a balance) *** said he needed to transfer me to another dept and put me on hold for minutes and then heard 'Goodbye' and call was dropped *** took my phone number in case my call got dropped, yet he did not call me back Still don't know where my loan is, what the status is and have lost at least days of paid interest due to payment not being withdrawn

I took out a loan in and have had the payment deducted each monthToday, I requested a payment history and discovered I have been charged a $late fee times I am not sure how this is possible since THEY have deducted the payment from my account every month on time I also was told on Tuesday 4/that my balance due was $Today, it says over $ I am not sure what kind of accounting they are doing, but it is completely inaccurate and I feel it is fraudulent

Spoke with the customer on Tuesday, September 27, 2016, to explain the early processing of her most recent payment was due to a technical error within our new billing systemAfter uploading the account information into the new system, the customer's payment date reverted back to its original
date of the 12thPreviously, all payments were scheduled for the 27th of each monthA recent request to move a payment to the 28th was denied because the customer missed the cutoff to make the adjustmentOur records indicate the customer was made aware of this fact.
