My loan info is not available online, site does not recognize my email, no account listed, called the loan servicer, was told the loan is now serviced by Argon, called Argon, no one can give me any info on my loanWas transferred times and call droppedACH was supposed to take a payment from my account on the 5th, it has not been taken and interest accrues daily They have not reported to credit bureau since August I am trying to make additional payments and no one will tell me my balance or how to access my account I was not notified of a change in servicer nor have I received any kind of statement I cannot get any information online or from the company

First, my balance is not correct on my credit report and they will not report correctly after three times speaking with the companyThis is causing my score to drop and I am having a hard time with a mortgageSecond, I only owe one final payment and they are stating I owe more even after I sent them the copies of cleared payments from my bankI just want these two things taken care of as soon as possible so I can be rid of them

When I took out a loan with Argon I agreed to pay thru automatic withdrawal from my checking on the 22nd of each monthThey said the note would be dated the 15th but as the 22nd was within their grace period that it was acceptable so for mos they debited my account on the 22nd and then on the 9th month they started debiting on the 15th without any warning which resulted in an overdraft charge on my accountI have called and left messages numerous times and cannot even get anyone to return my callThis resulted in a financial hardship for me and I would not do business with them again

This company is dealing in Deceptive Business Practices I filled out an application and was sent e-mails saying I was approved AFTER they checked my credit report They even had a big "CONGRATULATIONS" on my account because I was approved I submitted all my paperwork which all confirmed what my application had only for them to come back days later and say I was not approved So basically, they did a hard enquiry on my credit report, approved me, sent me e-mails saying I was approved, sent me a contract only to have them come back and say we were just kidding, you were not approved This is wrong and they need to change the way they do business

I made a payment on 8/15/in the amount of $and paid off my accountOn 9/26/16, my regularly scheduled payment of $was taken out of my bank accountI called the phone number for Argon Credit and was advised the no longer have access to my account and gave me another number to contactI have called the number at least times in weekEach time, I receive a message stating they are not available and to leave a messageI have left messages during at least of the phone calls and have yet to receive a phone call backBecause the payments are ACH, I do not have the ability to stop the payments

The company does not provide a valid phone number and I don't believe that Argon Credit is in business any longer and another entity is servicing the loansI strongly urge the company provide a valid phone number to talk to a live person and your website does not allow me to access my loan agreement

Customer first issued the complaint on April 13. After
researching the situation, it was determined that a check was distributed to the customer on April and subsequently cashed on April 25. We apologize that it took until the 20th until we were able to distribute the funds. While we realize that this is an inconvenience, please understand that at times complications do occur

This company has been double deducting from my checking for the last few monthsThey keep blaming the new ACH system but that's unacceptableThe last time it happened it overdrawn my account and I was charged a feeThey claim I would get credited back into my account after showing a copy of my bank statementI'm not happy with company and will be paying off asap

I recommend anyone who is seeking a loan, do not use this companyHorrible customer service and will charge you high interest rates! If you are stuck in a high interest loan (mines I found out was 82% interest a month) pay them off immediately!
They recently took two payments out of my account, without my authorizationI called them and spoke to a representative and asked why two payments were taken outShe advised that it was because my payment for that month was not receivedI checked my bank account because I was about to pay my rent and I seen two payments for the monthThey wrote a check in someone else's name, processed it through my account, and then charged me again because of there error! Oh yeah and they also reported it on my credit as a late payment! I beg you please do not use this company! It is horrible and I will never ever use them again! Horrible customer service and business practicesWho writes a check with someone else's name on it? I contacted an attorney because what they did to me was not ok

I got a loan from this companyPayments were set up on ACH withdrawl from my checking accountThey started taking the money on timeAfter about a year of being with them, they passed my account to a third party who took out the money early which caused other payments to have insufficient funds, reported it to experian credit scores as a sold off debt with remaining balance and could never be reachedWhen Argon got enough complaints then took their accounts back from the third party assuring me that the problems would be fixedSince then I have had little to no access to my account, they do not mail out paper statements, payments haven't been withdrawn like they should and customer service/managers don't return phone calls when promisedDue to their problems I have incurred higher portion of my monthly payment going to the interest and little to no portion going to principleI have had this loan since Nov The contract stated that payments would begin one month after I rece
