I have had account with argon for past year,I had ACH removed from account and now all of the sudden they ach my account and I get a fee from bank for this, I talk to argon and they say they will remove it and refund the dollar fee, I talk to argon today to make payment by debit and now they say I have to send them something by certified mail to remove ach, they keep telling me they will send me a link to make payments online which they have yet to do, I now have no way of seeing my balance and dont know what they have going on with my account

spoke to a gentle man on the 12/stated I was closing out the checking account that I would be mailing a check he stated its done and that no more drafts would be taken out of the account on the 1/4/the draft did happen and they taken out of the checking account spoke to marco *** at *** argon credit stated to email a copy of bank statement and in hours I would have a refund because in the notes shows where I called and stopped everything emailed a copy of the bank statement to argon*** 12/6,12/9,12/10,12/11,again on 12/ for account number *** and they keep telling me another 24/hours to review thissame time all iam getting is the run around and keep have the bank call wanting the refund

I paid the loan off on 7/11/and stopped the ACHOn 9/19/16, Argon tried to do an ACH for $This caused me to have a negative balance I emailed them and called them but got no answer I never received a paid in full paper but the loan is closedI need them to return the $to my account ASAP

I found this company online to apply for a personal loanAfter submitting my application I received a message that stated congratulations your approved for $please click hear to receive fundingAfter clicking I was then forward to a page that showed the contract in which you were to sign and then continue to another page in which requested your bank account information as well as bank acct log in informationI was then requested to submit my id, social security card, taxes, pay stub, bank statement and voided checkAll these documents were scanned and emailed after speaking to Allison, Yasmin, and EvelynI never received a follow up phone call as stated by Yasmin, I never received and email from the verification team, I never receive emails from any of the person I spoke withAfter waiting over days and being hung up on, places on hold several times, I was then notified I wasn't approved and that I would be notified in weeks o the reason whyI feel as though this was a scam because all information was requested at first and even requested a contract be signed to then notify I wasn't approvedI would like Revdex.com to investigate and make sure no one else is brought into such a scamI also will be seeing what can be done to assure I won't be responsible for a contract to pay back money I never received

Applied for a loan, got approved for $3100, signed a contract, and call to check on it only to be told that underwriting staff so-called denied it after it was already approvedI asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, and the customer service repkept giving excuses on why there was no supervisor available and why she could transfer meI was upset at the process here, and I felt as though they just wanted to steal my information, because once you sign a contract they could potentially do anything with that, they could say oh well we gave you the money and you didn't pay it back, and it would be hard to refute because they have that signed loan document, and you never received any funds

I paid off my loan to Argon credit on February 10, On February 13, Argon Credit took funds from my bank account that they are not authorized to takeI no longer owe this company any money as of 02/10/I am requesting a prompt refund of my money in the amount of $Also, I have requested a statement of my account numerous times since September of 2016, in writing and over the phoneI have requested a statement with my account summary, payments made and interest charges but I have not received any bills

Argon Credit has been clearly having some trouble keeping up with their recordsMy payment is automatically deducted every month (I have proof of this) yet they will still call me requesting payment, stating my account is delinquent Four times now when they did have trouble on their end with the ach draft not going through, I have authorized a manual payment to be taken and they end up double denoting my payment which screws up my bank accountI'm also very displeased that my credit report has not been updated by them since July of last year, so my debt ratio is showing higher than it isWhen I request a statement, they can not deliver and they no longer offer any way for me to check my account online to prove what my balance isI'm very uncomfortable with a company taking money out of my account and not keeping accurate records

I've been trying to contact this company for a week and nothing I need to change the bank account on file because I changed banks I really just want something simple: my balance and how many payments I have left I just want to pay, but this company is not letting me I want some sort of communication I hope they don't charge me a late fee or a non payment fee for them never answering through phone or e-mail

My mother *** ***,had taken a loan out from company online known as "Argon Credit"Both my mother and I had a joint checking account through *** ** *** which this loan came out ofOn November 15, 2016, she had passed awayDuring the months after her passing, I notified all her debtors about her passing and had sent her death certificate to all of themArgon credit, was one I had talked to and they told me to send them the info via email (death certificate) and they would stop processing payments from this accountSo I sent them the info and never got a reply back from them stating that they had received it; not like the other companies didAround February and March, they had taken funds out illegallyI got in contact with them again and told them to STOP! AVOID!!!! They decided to service their own loans, resulting in my acct showing closed / soldHowever, in months they have yet to add the account back to my credit report and report my acct being paid as agreed etc! In addition, since servicing their own loans, they have not taken out my payment on the due date per my contractI have had to call every month to make sure that my payment is made on time and withdrawn from my accountThe customer service is horrible! I shouldn't have to call every month to make sure they take money out of my account, and they take it out on random days of the month never on the actual due dateThis will be the first loan I pay off next month and I will close the account and never do business with them againSo if you want your credit not reported correctly, and your payments To come out whenever they deem fit or not at all and tell you call then get a loan with themIf you want an actual loan that reports to your credit correctly and your payments are done correctly get a loan with ***!!

Company is bankrupt and sold to a third party agency name ***no one notified me I needed to stop auto pay now my account is late because the new company did not have my information
