We were having an issue with the toilet leaking our , call was answered immediately we were told tech would be here in the afternoon we said could we get someone sooner they said they would tryMike was here within 1hour He was so friendly and efficient he replaced our toilet before we were even expecting the tech to be here we were only going to have the toilet fixed but after Mike provided us our options we replaced the toilet Mike was just wonderful

Service Pro Greg Pwas very helpful with my A/C and plumbing issues My A/C was placed by a different company but, I always felt the unit was a little too loud Greg assessed the unit and determined the sound and noise level were within acceptable limits, though too loud for me He quickly ascertained maybe the fan speed was set to high for my comfort level as that was what I was hearing After the fan speed was adjusted being thorough, he then checked the freon level Greg then determined, that the unit core temperature was too high for the thermostat setting and that the freon level was at a critical low putting the A/C unit at risk for damage After, he tapped the unit freon level thereby dropping the core A/C temperature to an acceptable level Next, as a Gold Plan Lifetime member, all the plumbing in my home was checked for potential issues and the outcome communicated by Greg After, we reviewed all the options and I decided on then plan that best addressed my major issues which he then repaired For the first time in a long time my A/C has been comfortable not overpowering home media and I'm able to sleep without earplugs In addition, for the first time in a while, I have functional plumbing, in the entire homeHallelujah Overall, his excellent service was a Christmas gift Thanks Art!
