Had a very positive experience with Art Plumbing AC and Electric. They came in after we called a different electrician company who turned out to be awful. The technician for Art was professional and polite, but he was also friendly and patient in explaining the technical details to us. We signed up for one of their service plans that covers electrical, plumbing and a/c. It's a relief to have one company cover multiple areas of maintenance and repair that may be needed in the future. They worked well with us and we are very happy and highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work.
The following individuals worked or took part in the work at my residence: Steve D, Matt D, Matt Dougie, Kareem, & Austin. They were very professional and appeared very knowledgeable in what they were doing. They worked on the installation of the hot water tank and HVAC system as if they were working on their own residence. Everything was cleaned up when the job was finished, and I was very satisfied with their performance.
Loved the fact that Kevin was able to respond in less than 30 minutes, was professional the entire time on site, and worked for nearly 3.5 hours to assist us with our water loss. Great job!
Our experience started with Gregory F who was very friendly, knowledgeable and profession. He was very helpful. He explained our situation and also arranged to have Conner B. check out our A/C unit the same day. Connor also was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Both Gregory and Connor were quite proficient at there jobs. The crew sent to accomplish our repairs on Saturday, July 23, 2016 again were quite proficient at their jobs . There were three (3) members of the crew and they were very good. They were also friendly and very good natured. After spending much time in our attic working on the A/C duct system, in all that extreme heat it's a credit to them that they were able to maintain their really good nature, but they did. It has been a pleasure working with the entire team from Art Plumbing, AC and Electric. We would highly recommend Art Plumbing AC and Electric.
