I "by name" requested Walter after he first did plumbing work back in February This time, the bathrooms needed fixing and he took care of the issue This company is truly a class company that takes customer service seriously From the person on the phone, to the plumbers, the experience has been second to none In addition, their prices are fair and they do not try to overcharge the customer I highly recommend them!
My husband and I hired Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning to help with our newly purchased home While our AC unit worked fine, our upstairs was hotter than downstairs, especially the master bedroom Greg came out for a free estimate and review of our home He found some errors in the way our AC unit was installed and also found our insulation wasn't adequate In addition, he recommended we update the seals on our air ducts and add a return vent in the master bedroom to help take out some of the hot air The next day Greg had a crew of at our home who worked all day to complete this job The crew, led by Gary, was very professional and friendly They completed the job as expected They also were careful to protect the floors and cleaned up upon completion
Overall, we do find this work has helped to keep the upstairs cooler than before Our master bedroom is still warmer than any other room in the house, but the temperature difference is much improved

We had an issue with a sewer line backing up into the house during the holidays I called our plumber and it was a disaster days gone and still no fix and had family in town visiting My usual plumber finally stated he could not do the job due to lack of equipment and he called Art Plumbing Within minutes after his call to them, they called me to set up an appointment and were out to the house the same day Very professional Technician came by that evening to inspect what had been done and detail out what would happen and set apt for the next day Office called each time to say that service personnel would be at the house within mins Lee Awas our technician for the job and was very professional and thorough and explained what the likely outcomes/options would be Within minutes, a team was there to do the job All done very professionally, personnel very courteous, clean up of yard very thorough I highly recommend Art Plumbing for this type of work
