Was quoted work, scheduled it to be done and received another quote for $more than the original when the repair man showed upWhen I questioned him he told me 'nevermind, you're not getting any work done' and leftBut not before he shut my water offWhen I called him back to turn it back on I was told to do it myself

We had a leak at our water meter in our yard I called Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning and they answered on the second ring with "Hi, my name is _________ How may I make you smile today"? Wow, great first impression It got better from there as once I explained why I was calling I was told that a technician would call me within minutes to schedule a time to come to my house and review the situation and give me written estimate I got a call within minutes, with the technician asking if I was home now as he could be there in minutes Great response! He showed up right on time, assessed the problem, gave me a written estimate of three different options on how to solve our problem and was polite and professional in every way Kevin L earned our business, and he got the job completed properly the next morning Kudos to you Kevin! You are amazing, and Art Plumbing is an upstanding operation Thanks to your whole team!
The worst plumbing experience of my lifeRUN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! They have no hourly or set rates before you come outThe price by "the job" such a vague term to rip you offBut you be the judge*** *** came out within an hour to find a leak at my homeI was not given any quotes but told them if it is more than a couple hundred dollars I will deny their service as I have to pay this bill upfront and submit to the insuranceThe tech was there for about an hourOpened up the drywall to find the leak, it was bone dry, heard something out side and found the leak on the exterior wall to the heat recovery unitHe then said he can cap the lines at the hot water heater for $609!!!! I said that's too much how much for the service rendered he said $334! Other plumbing companies charge $125/he for leak detectionI would have gave the $service call on that for $But $334?!?!? I gave *** Boccio one last chance to make the bill right and he was no help and condescending giving vague analogies to the situationSaying when you go buy a steak and say it's not worth it when the bill comes is that right? The steak has the price on the menu before you order ***! This company is horrible, he offered $off the first time and then reduced it to $because he has no concept of customer serviceWell, ***Enjoy your bad review on all platforms

I tried for a week to unclog my bathtub drain with chemicals a snake and a plunger before giving up Thinking it's a Saturday, I'll never get someone to come and help me out I checked the Revdex.com and called Art Plumbing I told *** my problem and he said he could have someone come today I was shocked that within a half hour *** came and worked on my drain It wasn't easy to snake out but he would not give up Finally my bathtub water went down I was so happy! What a great guy! I like the fact he was so nice to talk to, understood my problem, explained what he was doing and would not give up until he solved the problem! Yes I am keeping his card for any future problemsThanks again ***!
