You also receive an email with the picture of the person that will be going to your house that day. Eric D. has been to our house a few times. He is a taskmaster and very patient. He finds the problem each and every time, and once fixed you can be sure that the work is guaranteed and made to last. He has a great personality and meshes well with our family. Even our dog likes Eric! If Eric D. sees a potential problem that you may not notice, as he did with our outdoor pipe that was leaking and moldy where the hose connects to, he will tell you. Tommy C and Sorin were not only courteous and extremely helpful but highly professional. They were able to take care of the electrical problem(s) -non working landscape lights and broken post lantern light - within a very short time. I was impressed by their expertise and efficiency.

Bob F checked out my A/C and found it running fine. However. he did reset tje thermostat which seemed to fix the problem I was having. Art Plumbing and A/C is the very BEST!!!!!!!!!!
The service guy was great they were fast and clean to resolve my multiple issues and exceeded my expectations... I have had previous work with them and they always have done a great job.

From start to finish, my experience with Art Plumbing was nothing less than exceptional. My call in to Art Plumbing was received with great customer service. They scheduled a same day appointment and John was at my door one hour earlier than the window I was given which was great!! John was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful to my mom and dad who had the plumbing issue in their bathroom. John offered recommendations to my parents and my parents could not have been more happy with the level of service and the quality of work that John provided. The rate for the service was very fair and well worth the level of service we received from start to finish. I will continue to call on Art Plumbing and ask for John as I have been won over by a great first time experience!

Steven E came at my request because A new air conditioning installation was leaking. He found the plugged up pipe and adjusted the internal fan. The unit is now working well and no water leak. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and I would be happy to have him again.

I found the technician very helpful and patient and he did a good job installing a water heater. He explained all my options thoroughly. The prices are very high though, and on hind sight, I realize I should have gotten other quotes, but I was desperate for hot water. They say their water heaters are design to last with Florida's hard water, if this is the case, I can understand the higher pricing. I was given financing and am totally in the dark on when the financing company will contact me to give me the details for repayment. That is my only complaint. Have called twice on this with no answer as yet.
I contacted Art Plumbing to arrange for a plumber to come to my home & resolve a problem I was having with the kitchen sink plumbing. They very promptly had their service department call me to arrange a convenient appointment. The service technician, Kevin O., arrived on the day & time I requested. He & his assistant identified & explained the problem (a faulty faucet) & immediately located (online) a replacement in the correct style & color. It was ordered and they returned with it the next day to install it. Kevin was courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Art Plumbing (and Kevin O.) should any future plumbing-related issues arise.
I had a great experience with this company. My A/C broke on a Friday evening and Robert F. Got me up and running that night. He was extremely knowledgable and professional. I've had another company out for a previous problem and it took several trips and techs to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend him.
The service I received was excellent , My AC went out on Friday night and when I called them Saturday morning they were able to schedule an appointment without adding a weekend call charge. Greg the technician arrive on time checked the AC and was able to repair. It was up and running within 1/2 hour. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done. Thank God he had the part on the truck. I definitely plan on using them again if the need arises. Thanks!!!!
Steve was a great technician. He was knowledgeable, and respectful as he went about his work. In the eight years I've been with Art Plumbing it has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. The only time you need folks like this is when your in a bind, and Art Plumbing bends over backwards to repair your issues so you can get on with your life. Thanks Art.
