Eric was our service technician for the work done in our home today. Such a nice young man! He explained everything to us, what was causing the problem, what he was doing & why it needed to be done. He is so polite, patient with us when we didn't understand everything the first time making him explain some things to us again. He is very neat, & respectful of our home as he came in & out. It was raining today so he was getting wet as he had to go back & forth to his truck but he took the time to always wipe up any unavoidable drips along the way. We're old enough to be his parents & would be proud to be as he is a really fine young man, well manered. Of course, when you hire a worker, you want them to be able to do the job which he certainly was but having someone who is so nice lessens the sting of a plumbing problem. Bob F with Art Plumbing and A/C was an excellent repair person. He was extremely thorough and knowledgable and took the time to fully explain the problem with my AC unit and how he intended to fix the problem. He also took a lot of care in making sure everything was clean and tidy after finishing the job. Had a dripping shower head and called Art Plumbing AC and Electric. They send a Rep. named Eric, who was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He knew immediately what the problem and solution was....ordered the part and installed said part. It was painless and done correctly the first time. So very pleased with our decision to go with Art Plumbing for our first plumbing problem. They are 1st on our list for future plumbing problems. I called Art Plumbing and they came out on the same day and stayed all day to perform and amazing job on a difficult task. They had to reroute pipes from an underground leak that Eric worked diligently on for hours until another truck arrived to help him complete the job. Eric explained the service features of the company and made our experience economical and expedient. This is a "AAA" company with truly professional technicians.
My experience with Art Plumbing and A/C was great from start to finish. The customer service rep that took my call went above and beyond to get me a same day appointment. The plumber, Walter W. was outstanding. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak. I could not be happier with the professionalism and superb service. I highly recommend this company and if I ever have a plumbing issue, will not hesitate to call them again.
Excellent service, job well done, and charged me fairly. I was very pleased at the professionalism displayed by the plumber John C. as well as his kindness. He was able to resolve the issue and gave me tips on how to avoid future problems.
I wanted to have a professional plumber to fix my minor plumbing issue. Had to install a "t" into my plastic piping on top of my water heater to get water for my ice maker in garage. Art's technician showed up and quoted my $550.00 for this and even conceded that parts are less than $20. I was shocked. Paid him a trip fee of $40 and sent him home. Went to home depot and fixed the problem myself for $14.75. BE AWARE OF THIS FIRM. They are sooo expensive. Called their manager and he gave me bunch of BS about insurance and fuel and such, but when questioned about the ridiculous quote, stated that he is not a technician (WHY IS HE A MANAGER?). On a good note he did offer to refund a trip fee of $40, but I declined.
I want to recognize Service Tech, Kevin L, a very respectable, knowledgeable technician. He had great patience and answer all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend Kevin, to any plumbing job. Thanks Kevin for an exceptional Job!!!!
Top notch response, customer service and fast response. The Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning team communicated with me immediately, and 30 mins before the technicians arrived. Their technicians (Kevin & Max) were courteous and knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me on other services, made me fully aware of my options and the pros & cons of each. Moreover, they came to the site with a variety of hot water heaters on their truck with all of the necessary supplies, fittings, valves, etc. and started immediately on the hot water heater replacement. They cleaned up the work area after they were through and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Art Plumbing & Air Conditioning, LLC.

I had just about given up hope of finding any company down here that had work ethics but was referred to this company and have not been disappointed! I have already referred them and passed out their business cards.
Had a backup in kitchen sink. Called Sunday morning and they were out to my house within two hours. No extra fees or premium fee for coming to my house on a Sunday. The drain line from the kitchen to main line was snaked out within 30 minutes. OJ was the Service Technician and was polite and up front with the costs. No hidden fees, did the job for price agreed upon. This was my first experience with Art Plumbing and I would recommend to friends & family.
