ART PLUMBING & AIR CONDIITION COMPANY: We called and got a sales rep to our home in same day His name is Gregory F who gave us a price approved us for a loan at the same time We had another company give us a price which was much lower so we thought we would go with this second companyBut the next day the second company had hidden fees and plus did not give a the maintenance program that is with Art Plumbing Therefore I call MrFrazier ask him start our work which he did right away The installers were very professional and completed the work one day We are very pleased with our unit and the good work that Art Plumbing company performed
Ordered a Spring A/C chefor $ Service technician was knowledgeable and competent He recommended replacement of the compressor capacitor I have replaced them before and know they typically cost $60-to replace so I agreed I did not ask the cost I was shocked to receive an invoice for over $392.00, putting the capacitor cost at over $ Apparently, capacitors are a good place to gouge customers Fool me once, shame on me ,,, fool me twice, There will be no second time
If I have any plumbing problems, I'm only going to one place, ARTFrom the time I called to schedule an appointment, when the schedule person asked "how can we make you smile today", to completion of the job, by the very professional, knowledgeable, & caring Byron G., I found Art to be a company that is client focused & a company you can trust to get the job done rightI'm thinking of eliminating my home warranty company & dealing with Art & ByronOn two occasions, my home warranty company recommended a new toilet I did not need (Art said I only needed to re-seal & tighten the toilet bottom); & on a second occasion recommended opening my ceiling to do a leak search & said they could not repair a leaking faucet because the part I needed was no longer availableI have a six year old grandson who likes to splash around in the bathtubByron noticed that there were some small spaces around the tub faucet, & the grouting around the tub & adjacent wall was wornHe suggested that before opening the ceiling & doing a costly leak search, that I re-grout the tub faucet, tub floor,& adjacent wall first, & that may solve the problemCertainly a more cost saving suggestion that my home warranty company did not mentionIn addition, the shower faucet they said needed to be replaced because they could not find the correct part, Byron not only found the part quickly, but he replaced cartridges in two shower faucetsI didn't have the additional cost of replacing a faucet I didn't need, & no more drippingI guess by now you realize I'm convinced that Art is the place to go for plumbing problemsI'm very pleased with Art Plumbing & A/C & happy to write this review, not only for the company as a whole, but for Byron Gin particular, who is not only a true professional, but personable & caring as well

An A/C tech showed up at night, around pm, to fix my A/C that was blowing hot airI called just before pm and got the regular rate of $to show up, which is a lot lower than Air Around the Clock at $to show up; and after pm Air Around the Clock charges $With Arts Plumbing regular price goes until pmI am so glad Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning came to my houseIt took less than an hr for the tech, Steven E., to show up and quickly diagnose the problemHe was honest, and showed me the problem right away; and got the A/C back working very fastI totally recommend this company
