I have dealt with Art Plumbing on 2 occasions now and both times have been positive , their repair tech Max was very informative, knowledgeable and showed me respect in his manner and in respect for my home. Nothing was too much trouble, explained everything clearly and did not try too push anything on me. He is definitely an asset to your company.
I recently had pluming issues and was looking online for a plumber when I came across Art Plumbing and was surprisingly pleased to learn that they do not charge extra for weekends. Alex was able to get me an appointment for the next day, which was a Sunday.
The service technician who showed up identified himself as O.J. C. I wanted to take the moment to commend O.J. for his professionalism. Shortly after he arrived at my house it started to pour. He placed shoe protectors on before stepping foot into my house and checked all the drains. Even though it was raining, that did not stop him. He was very polite, and explained everything. He even made several recommendations. He made sure everything was working correctly before he departed.
I was so pleased with the service that I received that I recommend them to a colleague and a neighbor.

I had a moisture issue under my laminate flooring and called Art Plumbing for help. They were pleasant, professional and prompt in scheduling service. Service Pro Kevin O showed up on time and evaluated my situation. He gave me a comprehensive explanation of what the issue was and gave me simple instructions on what to do to resolve the issue. Kevin was knowledgeable and demonstrated personal concern over ensuring my issue was thoroughly dealt with. And the fee was surprisingly reasonable. These guys have earned my business as a new loyal customer and I highly recommend anyone who finds this review do the same.

Steve was at our door within a couple of hours, and restored the AC with much appreciated skill. The immediate relief was very welcome on a hot and humid afternoon.
Our request for service was handled promptly. Lucky for us there was a cancellation that enabled the crew to arrive within a half hour. All personnel were courteous, efficient and capable. Kevin surveyed all the bathrooms and diagnosed the problem. He carefully explained what he could do immediately to relieve the situation and laid out the steps needed to complete the repair. He patiently answered all our questions and reviewed the plans to our satisfaction. It will take a few days to complete the project but we feel we are in good hands.
I am so surprise to find someone like Jim K.! He was very honest and upfront , those are rare qualities nowadays! He gave me advice on what I should do first to make sure I really need his service. I have always received great service from Jim and the company he works for. They are reliable, friendly and responsive. I recently had a repair service at my home for my AC, they are very professional and educated in their field. I would definitely recommend Art Plumbing and Air Conditioning.
Response was very fast and technician Gerardo [redacted] was extremely courteous and skillful. We live in an historic home with years of DIY repairs. He found and repaired all that was unsafe and previously poorly done. The work took longer than expected and cost more than anticipated, but now we feel safe and all the outlets and lights work!
I had them install my new airconditioning system.
They distroyed part of my duct work and when asked about it they lied and claimed ignorance.
They used the wrong pipe insulation. Did not install a trap in the drain line. Did not install a sensor they charged me for and did not seal the trough outside. When I started to tell them all of this they said they would have the manager call me, but I have heard nothing. I thought at the price they charge I would get first rate professional service. I did not

Our AC unit completely died. Connor B was sent out and was at the house within 30 minutes. He was polite, professional, and got the job done. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. The AC is working beautifully now and I am happy with the service and would recommend this company to others.
We were having an issue with the toilet leaking our , call was answered immediately we were told tech would be here in the afternoon we said could we get someone sooner they said they would try. Mike was here within 1hour He was so friendly and efficient he replaced our toilet before we were even expecting the tech to be here we were only going to have the toilet fixed but after Mike provided us our options we replaced the toilet Mike was just wonderful

Steve E. came out to do our annual maintenance on our water filtration system. He arrived at the appointment time, was courteous and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain anything I didn't understand. I like watching any repair or maintenance being done - just to expand my knowledge - and Steve had no problems with me hanging out while he performed the service.

My husband and I filled out the schedule service form for Art pluming a.c and electric. And by the next morning they called and scheduled an appointment that morning. The dispatcher let me know that someone will be at my home at 8:30am, And at 8:30am Beth Fulcher showed up. She was very nice very knowledgeable. Beth was a pleasure to work with. Today we got our A.C installed and we can't be more then happy with the service. Beth showed up with the crew. The guys were very nice and friendly and perfect gentlemen. I am very happy with the work they did. Our new a.c works GREAT. If we need any plumbing or electric done on our home in the future we will be giving Art plumbing ac and electric a call. Thanks again guys..
